Feedback was always given quickly and there was always someone available to answer any questions. GoogleJust wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone at Morton New for helping me buy my first place. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, it made the whole process feel a lot less daunting. I was able to visit as many times as I needed before the sale completed and they answered all my questions along the way. Special thanks go to Mia, for helping me get my offer in right before Christmas, Franki, for being so accommodating when I wanted to get an electrician in, and Tracey, for all her great advice on how I should decorate!

GoogleAs a private renter I highly recommend this fantastic team. They're consistently informative and highly efficient with all the aspects of paperwork and credentials that are required. They explain and breakdown everything so its easy to manage. Second time I needed to use them I was in such a panic. I was so lucky to return to them at the right time and they were magnificent. Really! really! exceptional, professional and their attention to detail even for a rental property is of such high standard. (Good for any landlord to know) I'm forever grateful for the Gillingham Dorset team and the Sturminster team. Nothing is too much trouble. Their process from start to settlement was made so easy and eliviated my stress. I have been so lucky as a private renter I know that. I've just had a quick read through previous reviews and it's a real testament that I can see that the sellers of our home have also left a glowing review. GoogleWe cannot thank Julie, Georgia and Olivia enough for everything they have done to help us sell our house. Georgia’s friendly response to our first enquiry gave us every confidence that Morton New would take care of our sale in a professional and honest manner. The team went above and beyond our expectations. They not only marketed our property to a high standard, but also secured us a wealth of offers within a week of putting our house on the market. Despite a very quick sale, we ended up being part of quite a tricky chain and during the whole process were completely supported by the team at Morton New. We owe particular thanks to Julie for keeping our buyers feeling confident that our chain was progressing and in helping us speed up the process by dealing so efficiently and effectively with not only our solicitors, but also our buyers’ solicitors. They ensured only good prospects viewed the property and they conducted all the viewings. They kept us fully briefed at all stages, raising any issues and concerns and gave us reassurance and confidence. When we had issues with our first buyers, Morton New gave us the facts and discussed options with us so we could make a sound decision together on action to take. GoogleI have had experience working with a range of local agents over the past years including Purple Bricks. I have to say Morton New Gillingham are by far the more professional, efficient, organised and generally best to deal with ! Not the cheapest on fees, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Professional all the way through and really seen the benefit of them vs Purple Bricks after the sale was made, they keep focus on closing the deal right to the end (thanks to Julie) which should not be taken for granted. Its still takes effort and diligence to get the deal over the line ! Thanks to Georgia, Olivia, Bryony and Julie :)

GoogleMy wife and I would highly recommend having just sold a house via their Sturminster Newton branch. The owner Bryonny kept chasing me to change to them whilst we were running with a different agent , she promised they would really try harder to get us a sale and that they did with many viewings. We were kept in touch all the time which was important to us. A very pro active estate agent who earned their commission Also,we liked their staff .Thanks Morton New. Barry Thompson.
