GoogleBeth was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and considerate. When I re-instructed Connells, Samuel got me to sign my Contract again and to this day I have never received a copy of the original or re-signed Contract. Probably would not use Connells again.

GoogleConnells sold my house with a few weeks of it being on the market for the asking price! Sam the branch manager is a brilliant salesman who goes above and beyond and is professional and friendly. I’ve dealt with him in the past for buying and selling and it’s been such good service I wouldn’t ever consider another agent!

GoogleI would like to have given Connells a great review, but unfortunately a "minor" detail has spoilt my experience and is yet to be resolved. They are a very proactive agency with friendly staff. They found us a buyer very quickly and the sale went smoothly. However, I am yet to be refunded my "referral fee" for using their recommended solicitors, Shoesmiths. Despite 5 chases now, I await my £210 refund! Shame!!!

GoogleCould not fault connells Gillingham dorset at all !! We had the lovely joe Paterson dealing with our house and even with all the obstacles thrown his way he did everything possible to always update and reassure me and my partner. Always very polite and professional, Couldn’t of asked for a better service.

GoogleConnells were very good at the selling point but once offer made it all slowed down and letters of offers were wrong, they are slow to deal with the after care of a sale. We have had to do the chasing to get things moving.

GoogleKnowledgeable, friendly, courteous staff who get things done. Efficient services doing what they said they would. We needed a sale, got it in 5 months. Online conveyancing never worked, sent wrong paperwork (intended for purchaser), I found no effective communication from that side. We highly recommend Connells in Gillingham. Great work people, thank you 🙏!!
