Recently I sold my property through Lesley Greaves the Gedling Road Office. I had received excellent service and support from the whole team from assisting with the viewings and just the whole process,they always contacted me and kept me up to date with every thing, Jade and Merrisa were also very supportive when I was having melt down so thank you ladies it was really appreciated. Excellent experience with Linktree. I recently engaged on a social media platform and chose Linktree to handle the logistics referencing connection multiple platforms. I changed my mind due to new business venture. I requested a refund via email from Linktree and it was done in less than 5 minutes of my email. They didnt try to sell something else, etc. It was straight to the point.

We viewed the house on 13 May 2023 Our offer was submitted & accepted on 16 May 2023 We appointed the solicitors on 17 May 2023 We completed on  19 June 2023 5 weeks from start to finish! Lesley Greaves Estate Agents & Ives & Co Solictors Ruddington are a must! An amazing team! I wish we had researched more when we were selling our house. Long-term paying member ignored: Broken features and dismissive support

As a long-term, paying Pro member who has supported Linktree for years, I am deeply disappointed by how downhill their service and customer care have gone. They no longer care about their loyal patrons.Six months ago, I tried using their new monetization features, but they never worked on my account. Despite reporting it, nothing was ever resolved. Now, the horizontal carousel feature for my digital files blocks keeps completely breaking and reverting to a basic vertical view, meaning I am actively paying for features that do not work.To make matters worse, customer support has been incredibly unhelpful. When explaining the glitch, the representative (Christian) simply repeated instructions to read prior emails and demanded specific screenshots, completely ignoring the fact that I explicitly stated the error flashes too quickly to capture. It feels like a slap in the face to a long-time subscriber who is trying to make progress on a bug.To add to the absolute dysfunction, even after I replied to explain the situation, they sent an automated response threatening to close out my ticket within 48 hours if they "didn't hear back from me", completely ignoring that I was the one waiting on an actual human response from them. They are more worried about rushing to close tickets than actually solving technical problems. I have officially canceled my plan and will be moving my business elsewhere.

The response to my request for help was super fast. I was on the chat and had many answers already that were very helpful. When I reached a point that they couldn"t help me anymore, they said someone would contact me (I had given up), but the did reach for me very fast!!! all staf was very polite and helpful and I solved the problem by myself just trying again... they made my day happier, made me smile. I reached out to chat support to sort out why my account got flagged for a "breach of community standards." After a little digging, I discovered that one link was marked as unsafe. I tried to delete it, but it just wouldn’t budge! Thankfully, with the help of support, I learned I needed to get it unflagged first before I could finally remove it. They also suggested deleting and reinstalling the app, which was super helpful. Overall, I’m really happy with the support I received!

Being harassed by this company to pay them when they were the ones that signed me up for a membership cost that should never exist is unacceptable. It's stealing if I do it, and stealing is the only way I will view their reprehensible business practices. They also only provide different levels of "pay is monthly for nothing", free is the only thing a list of links should be.
