Patient, Professional, and Genuinely Helpful Support

I really appreciated the patience, professionalism, and willingness of the support team to investigate an unusual billing issue. Both Maricor and Nyle took the time to review the account information, answer my many questions, and involve the billing team when needed. Although not every question could be fully answered, I felt they made a genuine effort to get to the bottom of things. What I thought would be a headache to…

What I thought would be a headache to ask for a refund, turned out to be mindful and a great experience. Linktree is a professional site with professional customer service when you contact them. I didn’t require their services and used my private account to confirm the cancellation and refund. Joann, the adviser, checked and advised whether I had another linktree account and that’s when I realised why my original message to cancel some time ago failed. Joann was helpful and informative. They made my experience pleasant and the refund process commenced within a day. Thank you Joann for showing me what a high end professional company Linktree is. If I ever need a business account again I’ll most definitely be using your site to link with people and products. Absolutely fantastic and to the point. Do not lose Joann, Linktree! I gave 200% to customers when I worked in retail many years ago in my early 20’s. Thereby, recognise stupendous service when received.

I haven't ever subscribed to link tree and I didn't realise they were taking money out of my account. When I told them of my concerns and told them to not take out any more money out if my account. Guess what they did. Do not subscribe or ever visit ther site as this shows as you have subscribed steer well clear of this company. They did communicate really well telling me it was too late for refund. Ombudsman has been informed

“Your shop is ineligible for monetization”

Literally the most abysmal customer service. I have been getting a warning that my account isn’t monetizable. I have been contacting support about this issue for literally a month now!!! First my appeal was accepted, and it was supposed to be resolved. Nothing happened. Then, through contacting support again, it turns out my bank wasn’t connected properly. I fixed it. Now, once again, nothing happened and I am being referred to the “terms” of monetization which I am NOT breaking? There is nothing NSFW on my account, there is no copyrighted content, and NO I did NOT receive a notification of why my account’s monetization was taken away!!! Unbelievable and no one knows what is going on! Useless!

Customer service is a joke

I cannot contact customer service to get my new phone number updated for 2SV. They answer chats 12-15 hours later when I am asleep then no reply. they send a code to my email and I respond in the chat, and then nothing happens. There is no other way to contact them. It is terrible customer service. I am not sure if I paid if I could get a resolution but even there, I cannot login bc of 2SV. Now I have an old linktree link on my IG and cannot use it.

Follow up matters

Without support I would not have found the solution to my problem. Though I had to go thru various staff members the Linktree crew helped make my business possible again. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I am not a paid spokesperson. If I make a sale on Linktree I’m still only receiving a small cut of the sale. Nonetheless I have no warehouse I own no products to sale. Linktree however provides me every avenue I need on a free account. Thank you Linktree for giving me hope for a brighter tomorrow. Paid Business Account Disappeared While Support Failed to Resolve Access Issue

Paid business page disappeared while support issue remained unresolved I’ve been trying for over a week to get Linktree to resolve a login-loop issue on my paid business account. I was repeatedly told someone would respond within 24 hours. While the issue was still unresolved, my Pro subscription was ended and my public Linktree page disappeared entirely and now returns a 404. Their own appeal system then told me it couldn’t even locate my existing username. This is a business page linked across my social media and contains links to my products and services, so this is causing real disruption. I’ve now submitted a formal complaint and account appeal. I’ll happily update this review if Linktree restores the account and resolves the issue properly.
