We note this is a historic review. As no detail was provided at the time, we are unable to understand the specific concern being raised. There were matters relating to this tenancy which we are unable to comment on comment on publically due to confidentiality and legal obligations. Where significant tenancy issues arise, we are obliged to take appropriate action in line with the contractual terms and our legal duties to both tenant and landlord which may include formal measures when necessary. We remain committed to managing properties professionally, fairly and in accordance with housing legislation at all times.
