TrustpilotMy experience with Wendy Burbridge for…
My experience with Wendy Burbridge for the very limited time she was involved went very well, however the whole process of selling using the Patterson nominated solicitor was terrible and took forever to get completion on the basis that it was a cash sale and the buyer never had a building survey. When attempting to contact the actual solicitor phone calls were never returned neither were emails.

Pattisons have been amazing with myself and my move. Very considerate to the fact I was on a time scale as I am heavily pregnant and very consistent with keeping in touch and letting me know updates on the property etc. Really kind and helpful staff!

Every single person who I have spoken to in Pattinsons have been so lovely, helpful and a pleasure to speak to! Me and my partner both just got our first home together and they made it such an easy process for us, and answered all questions we had! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

TrustpilotDo not recommend
Ruth told me she would call to arrange a viewing, I never heard from her again. She ignored around 10 calls throughout the week and when I contacted the office I was told by someone else the property had gone. Do not deal with this company
Hi there, I'm sorry that you have found our services to be unsatisfactory. Please could you email socialmedia@pattinson.co.uk with more information so that this can be looked into further. Many thanks.

TrustpilotVery impersonal.
Very impersonal Not any concern for customer or client care, can not even give a name at end of correspondence, only interested in the interests of Pattinsons. Fortunately I will not, or need attention of Pattinsons ever again.
Hi William, we are sorry to hear that you have not had the experience we expect from our team. Can you provide us with some more information like the property address and the email address or contact number you registered with us, kindly share with information to socialmedia@pattinson.co.uk so we can investigate further.

TrustpilotAuction for land in Blackpool common…
Auction for land in Blackpool common edge road, even though it was over twice the Guide price we was waiting to place a bid .... 3 hours before the auction had finished it was removed from sale.... wasting time viewing arranging funds and waiting to bid....
We are sorry to learn that you are less than satisfied with the service you received, if you could provide us with further information by emailing auction@pattinson.co.uk we will certainly look into this and provide you with a full response.

TrustpilotOnline site seems very good
Online site seems very good, but, by goodness try and get in touch with them and unless you are a master at blackmagic you have no hope. I've sent multiple messages via RightMove and none are returned. On one of them they did return the call to have a bit of a go to say they'd spoke to me before - which they hadnt. Sellers? I'd go somewhere that actually cares about attempting to sell your home. I'm a buyer with no chain and mortgages in place yet they will not engage.

TrustpilotExceptional service from Lyndsay Greenwell at Whickham Pattinsons! Find your rental here.
I needed to move from York to the Newcastle area just after the lockdown began to be lifted. Finding somewhere to rent was proving really difficult until I contacted Lyndsay Greenwell from the Whickham branch of Pattinsons. She arranged for me to see a number of properties in one day so I could make the most of travelling up to the North East. Every property was good and I found a great property that met all of my requirements. Lyndsay told me they'd look after me and she really did. Thankyou.

TrustpilotVery good experience
I was kept fully up-to-date throughout the auction of the property. Pattinsons attended 50+ viewings and followed up their interested clients to achieve a result way above my expectations. The live online auction process is simple and transparent. Very satisfied.

TrustpilotNumber 1 agent and advisor!!
Carly List put our house up for sale on the Wednesday, booked 4 viewings by Friday and had the house under offer by Monday afternoon. She is a great asset, with an incredible eye for detail, thoroughly invested and really puts the graft in at Pattinsons Washington. I cannot praise her and the team enough. Number 1!!

TrustpilotAmazing Customer Service
We were met at the property on Great Park by a property consultant - Katie, and were so pleased to see her from the moment she got out of her car. She was smiling and she knew a lot about the property that we were looking at, and i am saying this because we have viewed quite a lot of properties with other agents as well and if we were to ask anything outside the box (what wasnt completely visible) they would not know a thing and would then direct us to the office. However Katie knew what she was talking about and even managed to calm down my little 2 year old that was crying. Cheers Katie, you are a star, We are also quite pleased with the quick turnaround time that we have been receiving with regards to email and text. Thank you for caring about your tenants.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
