Very impersonal Not any concern for customer or client care, can not even give a name at end of correspondence,only interested in the interests of Pattinsons. Fortunately I will not, or need attention of Pattinsons ever again.

Ruth told me she would call to arrange a viewing, I never heard from her again. She ignored around 10 calls throughout the week and when I contacted the office I was told by someone else the property had gone. Do not deal with this company

Auction for land in Blackpool common edge road, even though it was over twice the Guide price we was waiting to place a bid .... 3 hours before the auction had finished it was removed from sale.... wasting time viewing arranging funds and waiting to bid....

Online site seems very good, but, by goodness try and get in touch with them and unless you are a master at blackmagic you have no hope. I've sent multiple messages via RightMove and none are returned. On one of them they did return the call to have a bit of a go to say they'd spoke to me before - which they hadnt. Sellers? I'd go somewhere that actually cares about attempting to sell your home. I'm a buyer with no chain and mortgages in place yet they will not engage.

Carly List put our house up for sale on the Wednesday, booked 4 viewings by Friday and had the house under offer by Monday afternoon. She is a great asset, with an incredible eye for detail, thoroughly invested and really puts the graft in at Pattinsons Washington. I cannot praise her and the team enough. Number 1!!

I am happy to buy another property from this state agent. This agent is one of my favourite state agent, their patient and friendliness, help me to make a good decision. Communication is always quick, clear and traceable. The reminder of appointments always makes me feel in touch. The staffs are so proactive and give good advice. I am so please Sheila recognise me just by my voice over the phone. Professional and personal.

We were met at the property on Great Park by a property consultant - Katie, and were so pleased to see her from the moment she got out of her car. She was smiling and she knew a lot about the property that we were looking at, and i am saying this because we have viewed quite a lot of properties with other agents as well and if we were to ask anything outside the box (what wasnt completely visible) they would not know a thing and would then direct us to the office. However Katie knew what she was talking about and even managed to calm down my little 2 year old that was crying. Cheers Katie, you are a star, We are also quite pleased with the quick turnaround time that we have been receiving with regards to email and text. Thank you for caring about your tenants.

Taken me a while to write this but here it goes: we asked various questions regarding our rented property. Such as mould, plumbing, heating, which we were told there were no issues within the property etc. Having mould develope in multiple rooms, broken heating which cant be monitored/set etc. No water pressure in the kitchen(not disclosed). We were told by landlord to "bugger off if we dont like the property", letting agency has been NO HELP. I will be writing to my local MP and citizens advice as this has become a dangerous property to live in.

I can honestly say we transfered from another estate agent who over a period of a month had 2 viewings and one of them was through family. We transfered across to pattisons and joanne has had numerious people across the door and has given us feed back straight away. Always open to suggestions and an asset to the company. It is also worth mentioning that the full team were also helpfull and would recomend them as well. We will use again.

I have engaged with Ruth from the north shields branch for 4.5 years .She has always been very helpful in all aspects of renting my property out. & has also given me sound advice when buying properties. Ruth always give her honest opinion she is also very knowledgeable with in the property market. She is a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend her and her colleagues in the north shields branch. Ruth keeps me informed at all stages during the renting or buying phase of the properties I have there is never any issues or unpleasant surprises. As she is always ahead of the game I hope to deal with Ruth and her colleagues in the future

I was recommended Pattinson's in alnwick from a family member when we were thinking about putting our house on the market. They have certainly not disappointed, main reason being Claire. She has been excellent throughout keeping me informed of all updates and next steps etc. When other parties have been slow she has been brilliant being pro active and chasing people and getting results. The whole way through she has put me at ease and answered my million and one questions. I would not hesitate to recommend pattinsons alnwick to any one in the future.
