Good Afternoon Mr Flood, We're sorry to see you've posted a negative review and haven't had a positive experience with ourselves. We believe this is due to you offering on one of our properties. Unfortunately at the time, the offer was too low and we have had difficulty in contacting the owner. I believe you then contacted the branch and were unhappy as the property had reduced and you weren't made aware of this. I think you called the branch within a matter of hours of this reduction being processed. It's very difficult to notify customers any quicker than we we're trying to. If you do wish to raise any further points then please get in touch and we're happy to go over any issues. Thanks Rob

Thanks Carole
