GoogleDisgusting Service, Staff members have a rude and ugly attitude, No help on any advice you need, I would advise full training for staff because after my experience they are clearly lacking customer service skills and people skills.. not a lot to ask for.

We're sorry to hear you weren't happy with the service you've received from us. Unfortunately you didn't fill out the credit section of our referencing application. If this is not completed we cannot continue to offer a tenancy to yourself. You have completed and signed a pre application form which makes you aware, the deposit you are paying is none refundable. If you would like to discuss this you can always give us a call.
