Katy Heslop came and valued our property. She valued it higher than other agents I had come round to value the property. I felt that she really knew the area and trusted her judgement. Some people will look for a service that offers everything and requires no input from the landlord...you don't get that anywhere! Farrell Heyworth offers proactive and helpful, they will need your decisions on matters over the tenancy and input to placing new tenants. Work with them to help you make your property work for you. Seek to work with them, build a relationship and they will work with you to get win-wins! I've gone from having no one in the house to it being filled within a week...

Flawless service. Taylor was tremendous in her communication as the property going for sale was an ex rental and was being renovated. She kept her promise and called me bi-weekly. The handover to valuer was also seamless. Richard called and sent us a valuation report on time. And tonight Nicola told us we had a cash offer from an investor. Cannot express how impressed I am from initial contact to market. I can't say a bad word. Very professional. Farrell Heyworth have sent me the same email with a link about 10 times. I don't know what it is for. I have tried to contact them to find out what it is through email, phone, Facebook messenger and Twitter, but none of these have been answered. Not quite sure what's happening there!

AVOID AT ALL COST Forget about maintenance for minor repairs, you have to do it yourself For major and emergency repairs again do it yourself unfortunately, because they can leave you without a heater for all your stay in the house, i fixed the smart meter in the house myself. In particular , avoid PR2 2RT 4 Francis street, the house is full of mould , The house looks repainted when i got it, never knew it was full of mould, i got to know when i started seeing signs during winter, my health was in danger, i left my apartment to squat with a friend,i informed this agency , they said they will inform my landlord and nothing was done…only for my deposit to be deducted for redecoration after i left… Avoid at all cost, i read reviews , saw the negative result but I went ahead to give them a trial thinking i will have good things to say ….. They are the Worse if not Worst.. PS: i will keep dropping reviews anytime I remember how the said building affected me.
