GoogleI recently bought my first home through Armitstead Barnett, and although there were some bumps along the way (none of which were not the fault of Armitstead Barnett), the Garstang team constantly kept me up to date throughout. GoogleEveryone in the Garstang office went over and above in helping get my purchase completed quickly. Great communication and professionalism. They never failed to return a call or do something they said they would. The whole team were friendly and approachable and even recommended some good spots for lunch. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

GoogleOur Company, not based in Lancashire, decided to sell some land in the county in 2014. We had no knowledge of the local land/housing market nor the complex issues of finding a promotor and obtaining Planning Consent. Armitstead Barnett steered us through the whole process - they were our link between the promotors, consultants, solicitors and accountants. Once planning was granted their knowledge of local developers and builders helped in securing a successful sale of the land. We felt the whole process never lacked momentum from beginning to end and we are extremely grateful to them for their guidance and expertise.

GoogleGot nowhere with these guys. It was almost as though we were being used in a process that was a foregone conclusion with every property we tried to secure… Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re taking back handers. If you’re not in the club you ain’t getting the property.

GoogleCalled Armitstead Barnett yesterday and asked them if they would be interested in marketing my property,receptionist said just spoken to the person who deals with it and NO we would NOT be interested your house it is not in our area get yourself a local agent? OK so i did and guess what just seen my Neighbours house up for sale with them???

GoogleAbsolutely the most unhelpful staff I've ever spoke to there's no communication between staff they take all your details countless time with promises of getting back in touch which never happens it took me 10 days and me phoning them 4 times just to get one question answered I would strongly adivse people to consider other agents before using these cowboys
