If I could put 0 stars then I would!! If you want to buy a house and then be continually pushed back with delays then this is the company to use!! Given a date for new build August last year and still not moved in, just continuous push backs with unreasonable delays given each time!!

We have visited the Arkall farm development on a few occasions now and Tracey has always been so helpful, approachable and accommodating. The show homes are amazing and the development is great too with an excellent mix beautiful new homes.

Been in our house coming up to 2years now constant problems just from poor workmanship! The plumbers from shacklocks are cowboys 3 times we have had leaks! Also aftercare from Morris homes is a joke!! Takes weeks to get a response from them after reporting a problem then it takes even longer to get it fixed POOR!!!!

Horrible customer service for maintenance issues.Over 3 months to get a communal fence repaired. Chased many times but always told it will be done soon, or given a date which is then missed.Horrible level of communication from customer services agents. You have to chase them for updates (Even after 3 months) rather than them calling/emailing you to provide updates.

Firstly, to correct another reviewer, Morris properties are not all Freehold by any stretch.Secondly, their after-sales customer service is appalling. They just don't want to know. Anyone with half-competent DIY skills could do a better job than some of the outright cowboys they use and whose shortcomings they refuse to acknowledge.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
