Absolute disgrace of a developer…. The way they have dealt with the St.Georges Fields development had been awful. The roads not finished to the point of danger. Communication with residents is non existent. Such a shame

If you would like a pleasant experience where communication is two ways, then I would definitely recommend speaking to a wall as you may get a response by way of an echo. Morris homes have been nothing but shocking in that respect. Other than that a great experience of….Will edit/amend once this nightmare is over

We bought our house from plot , we followed progress regularly and Pam in the office was amazing always returning calls etc .Moving in day went smoothly and the site manager Ant came around to make sure all was ok .Snagging list was small and dealt with very quickly Brilliant moving experience and a very nice well built home to enjoy

Moved into our new Henley home on The Downing Gardens Gamlingay site in September 2022. We were very happy with the sales team led by Tina who also liaised with the sale of our existing home. On the whole after the expected minor snags we are delighted with the build quality and finish of our new home.

I had a dreadful experience with Morris Homes whilst reserving a 4 bed detached property at the Alconbury Weald site. Megan, the consultant on site, was dishonest, heartless and did not care about my circumstances as a buyer.This is echoed across their senior management team from my interactions with them. Very unprofessional and unprincipled. AVOID Morris Homes at all costs if you are thinking to purchase a property with them.

We recently purchased a new home from Shelbourne Estates, part of the Morris Home Group. We are very happy with the house and the location is just beautiful. Both the Sales Manager and the Site Manger have provided '5 star service' and I would not hesitate to recommend them - nothing has been too much trouble. Wonderful service from a great team!

Relatively painless.the lady in the sales office was great always helpful and got all the information required. There have been a few things that needed attention when we arrived and again the assistant site manager has been brilliant. Got all the right trade people to come in to sort out the issues. One issue remaining the trickle vents which I am sure will get sealed and sorted very soon.

Despite experiencing delays in buying our property due to holds ups on our buyers behalf, the staff were always patient and helpful when we spoke to them, even up until the morning of the purchase. The house wasn't our primary choice, but the finish has been really well done and any issues on the snagging list was resolved within a couple of weeks. A pleasure to deal with.

Stay away from them. As soon as they receive money for the house, don't count on any help. You are left alone with your problems. The quality of workmanship is terrible. Customer care does not answer phone calls and does not respond to e-mails.
