Really happy with the service from Rob at Shelbourne Estates, Hans Park Grange. I had originally arranged to view just one property, but when he realised the garden wasn’t quite right for me, he was more than happy to show me another house as well. He was very understanding, polite and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him.

We recently purchased a new property on the grange estate - was very excited as we had an older property before and looking forward to having all new. The service before completion cannot fault Morris Homes. Very helpful until we exchanged contracts - the 1st couple of months the property was great, then the issues started, which we expected being a new build. What we wasnt expecting was the lack of customer care from Morris. We are nearly 18 months in and still refusing to sign happy with the purchase. So far our bi fold doors have been attended to 7 times and adjusted as they keep sticking with us having to use our annual leave and wait in all day (issue not been resolved 18 months in). We have also had 6 visits for ticking pipes all through the house, had my ceiling ripped out patched 3 times with plasters and painter and cleaners coming ever other day. Again this issue hasnt been resolved and are still ticking with no luck from Morris of having it sorted. I have had two new front doors as they wouldnt lock and sit right (this is one issue now resolved). The area manager doesnt respond to any emails and seems to ignore us even though he was supposed to be dealing with the issues. The site manager we have never seen so all in all the after care is awful but the house is lovely if issues have been sorted.

Paula and Jo at Bartle Meadows have been incredible throughout the whole home buying process. From our initial interest, throughout the sale and post completion. We have been in the house almost a month now and the site manager Matt has also been fantastic with us. We are now with customer care team and they have been super quick with responses and always happy to help. No job or query has been too small, all the staff have been brilliant! All round positive experience with Morris homes and would happily recommend them if you're looking for a new home.

I never in a million years thought I would buy a new build house, I was struggling to find a property to purchase and was talked into looking at new builds. I walked into the Morris homes showroom and met Megan her knowledge was second to none she was incredible, Megan managed to answer every question I had in an instant! I agreed to buy a Morris Home and Megan was there every step of the way any question (and I had many) was answered immediately. I would recommend Morris homes to anyone but also anyone with any doubts about a new build speak to Megan!

I was looking for a new home for myself and my children, a stressful time! I wasn't relishing the idea of meeting salespeople at all! I had no need to worry! Jess at Hunsbury Grange has been patient and knowledgeable! Communication is quick and easy. She has never been pushy or tried to coerce me into decisions. She has kept a close eye on all the legal drudgery that a chain brings with it. It has been a pleasure to deal with this company so far. Thanks Jess!

We visited the Morris homes Pavillion site in Formby, Merseyside today. Met Margie the sales lady who is very friendly and professional. Gave us lots of information about the site and as we have got a buyer for our house we will be able to put a deposit down on one of their homes later this week. Everything in their homes are very good quality and specifications are of a high standard. Margie is there to offer support all the way on a purchase and we wound highly recommend her. We are on a tight budget and she is very helpful in ensuring we meet our expectations financially. She is certainly a great asset to Morris homes. Also thanks to Ann who we met last week at the site. Beyond expectations...We have had the pleasure of buying and living in a Shelbourne Estate's home now as have completed. The sales team, Jess & Lynne at Hunsbury Grange are simply phenomenal. No task is too small and every bit as friendly as you'd hope. The options and finish is beyond our expectations and we are so glad to have had this experience. Working in the industry this is not normal for a new build buying experience and the finish of the homes is equally impressive. Way more than we expected.Thank you Jess & Lynne!!

We reserved a house at the Shelbourne Estate development in Fulbourn, and we couldn't be happier with the experience, thanks to Kim, our sales advisor. From start to finish, Kim made the entire process smooth, effective, and genuinely pleasant. She helped us to choose a plot that meets our needs and provided expert advice on all the options and extras to make sure our new home is just right for us. Kim went above and beyond, even staying late on a Sunday evening to assist us with the process. We’re excited to move into our new home soon!

We very recently moved into our new home at Hugglescote Grange and we are super happy with it. Pauline from the sales office has been really helpful throughout the process.With it being a new build, we were expecting a list of snags as soon as we moved in, but have hardly found a thing, it's brilliant. The site manager Richard is really friendly and can't do enough to help and is always around if anything is needed.We are so happy with our new house and would highly recommend Morris Homes.

Buying the house was a great experience with Julie and the team in the office. They helped us through the process and kept us informed along the way. The house itself is a lovely design and overall we’re very happy, however, some of the cosmetic workmanship wasn’t up to standard. Brush strokes in the paint, dust in the paint, rough wood not sanded etc. The aftercare has been amazing! Matt the site manager has made himself available, listened to our issues and got them sorted incredibly quickly. He’s an asset to the site!

We recently reserved at property on the St Mary’s Park development, and our experience so far has been fantastic. We are always warmly welcomed by Carol, who is incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all the properties available, including all the added extras that come with the property. The show homes were of great quality, and we appreciated being able to explore them at our own pace without feeling pressured. Carol made sure to answer all our questions and offered to keep us informed of any updates. We are yet to meet Vic but she too has been very helpful over the phone. We highly recommend this development to anyone looking for a new home!
