My interaction with Victoria on Tuesday, June 28 at Morris Homes Bartle Meadows was an absolutely brilliant experience. Right from the time, I walked in, she not only made me feel genuinely welcome but also provided the answers to all the queries & issues I had wrt the properties, we are interested in. She came across someone who is knowledgable, confident, warm & professionally friendly. Very impressed.

We have just bought our first home from Morris Homes at their Trinity Gardens development in Loughborough and we couldn’t be more happier, the service we have received has been first class Jacqui and Maria have been brilliant, especially Jacqui as we dealt with her mostly. As I said this was our first home so we were nervous and didn’t know what to expect, Jacqui was there with us every step of the way from reservation to completion, any questions we had were answered by Jacqui and her team.

From start to finish it’s been clear that Morris Homes are a customer focused builder. Carol and Vic at Penwortham have gone over and above on so many occasions, everything from the initial plot choice, through to updating the available tile options, keeping us informed about progress and making the whole experience far less stressful than it could have been. Even with potential delays to the build - the team at Morris pulled out all the stops to get our house completed in time. And what a house. I couldn’t be happier with our beautiful home. High quality fixtures and fittings, a very short snag list (Kudos to Lewis here for getting things sorted so efficiently!) and fabulous after sales service too. Must also mention the brilliant trades on site - polite, friendly and it seems to be a happy positive place. I would definitely recommend Morris, and Carol and Vic to take care of everything you need.

Went to see Morris Homes at Deerwood Fold Hilton today. Not a formal appointment but hubby said let's go and look as we've been looking for a new house whilst planning our house sale. Met at the site by Aimee who couldn't do enough for us. Lovely friendly young lady who made us very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. Saw two houses and they were beautiful, just what we're looking for. A beautiful, huge kitchen that couldn't look better if we'd designed it ourselves. Generous lounge and bedrooms too. To be honest, the best we've seen and we've seen a large number of new houses in the area. Aimed took us through the stages of buying and made us feel valued customers despite us being only at an early stage of selling. We're hoping we can sell quickly and move into this lovely development in Hilton. Delighted with it all so far. Andrea and Stephen Charity

I viewed a property at Morris Homes at Hugglescote. The homes have lovely bifold patio doors, the kitchen has good quality units. I would have loved to have bought it, but the house was out of my price range. I would definitely recommend you view the properties. Roger is extremely helpful and is happy to answer any questions.

We called in at the Princes Meadow Development at Kirkham today just off spec and even though we didn’t have an appointment Hannah was so welcoming and helpful . As she was in between appointments she fortunately had time to explain everything to us and we even managed to get a tour around the site . Excellent service .

We have been to see some beautiful houses (Morris was definitely miles in front) but one of the main reasons we came back is because Hannah was just incredible. A genuinely pleasant experience, from viewing the plots and reserving our house, through to moving in day. Site Manager Richard is very helpful and dealt with the few snags we had within 48-72 hours. Jo on sales, helped me constantly chasing my sale up and on the day Fay was at the house ready for the news that completion had happened. We are loving our new house :-) THANKYOU

We reserved our house at Bartle Meadows two months before it was supposed to be ready and Morris delayed it each week by one week for four months, not once did they pick up the phone to let us know this was happening, they relied solely on us to chase them each week for an update. We thought that this ordeal was over when we moved in but in fact it was just the beginning, we had over 300 snags that were identified, one of theses involved 22 out of 24 windows being damaged, now nearly two and a half years later there are still over 100 left. We have had six different site managers over the last two years and we have had to start from the beginning with each one of them as there appears to be no handover or notes stored by Morris on the outstanding snags, Morris’s contracts manager Darren Simpson told the site manager not to prioritise our snags as they should be focused on building the rest of the site rather than dealing with us. In addition to this Morris managed to issue opposing deeds to us and our neighbours which caused needless tensions between us. It took Morris over two years before they rectified these issues. We have had to take countless days off work waiting for trades to show up to fix the outstanding snags and more often then not they don’t show up or show up with inadequate equipment to undertake the job. One of these events involved a roofer turning up to fix a broken roof tile without any ladders. I would strongly recommend you do not buy a house from Morris as they do not seem to care about their customer service, the quality of their workmanship nor the disruption this causes to you.

We moved into our Morris Home on Greenlakes Rise in April 2021. Nicky the Sales Advisor was helpful and always on hand throughout the buying process. As with all new build properties there has been the odd issue, i.e. nail pops, small cracks due to movement, windows needing adjusting. Morris Homes have been extremely efficient in resolving any issues, very happy to recommend.

We visited Morris Homes in Kineton and we had a brilliant time exploring the showhome, with a thought to securing our own new build in the future. Geeta from the marketing suite took us round and couldn’t have been more helpful or done enough to ensure we got the most out of our visit. The homes are beautiful and the customer service is excellent. We are at the start of our moving journey, having recently had our house valued, but this has given us plenty of food for thought.
