It’s a shame I cannot give a minus rating. Absolutely shocking. Stay away people. The property I was interested in was on for £40000. When I placed a bid for £40000, it told me that the reserve was not met. I increased the bid to £44000 and won the bid. They took £6200 before I could place the bid and told me if I won the bid then that would be used as deposit towards the property and the final balance would be reduced. Instead, I paid £58000 for the property as my solicitor told me that there are many many many hidden fees in their clause. So stay away unless you want to be ripped off. The solicitors acting on behalf of the seller are incompetent and thieves who charge tens of thousands of pounds for their fees. They deliberately delay the process so you may be in breach of the purchase agreement. And as for the keys of the property, I have no idea where they are and how to get access to them.

After a long probate slog I was at last granted the Letters of Administration to sell my late sisters flat. By comparison the experience had with Joe at Auction House, was fast, efficient, trouble free and successful. His immediate response to every query made the sale so easy. awful experience the description was not as accurate as it should have been it is very disappointing. The Consumer Rights Act 2015, Transparency and Accurate Descriptions Auctioneers and sellers have a legal obligation to provide accurate and transparent descriptions of the items being auctioned.
