Fantasic Service

This was my first Auction purchase and it was a particularly complex situation due to a complete mess with the title of the property being sold.Chris Mervyn worked with me on this and understood the situation once it was explained.I couldn't have been more please to have secured the purchase and special thanks must go to Chris for his assistance throughout.

I found the whole experience of dealing…

I found the whole experience of dealing with Auction House a professional and easy process with an added personal touch. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was excellent. Traditional service comes to mind. I felt able to hand matters over knowing it was in safe hands with the experts. Gary, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure a successful outcome for all involved. I will definitely be calling Auction House for any future sales or purchases.

Detailed Care and Customer Service

Adam, Melanie, and Kate did their best to answer our many questions. We felt supported throughout the bidding process and couldn’t be happier with the result. You must weigh all of the benefits and risks when bidding on a property, but you can trust that Auction House Sussex will treat each property with the care it deserves.

A success story

After a considerable period of frustration going through the conventional sales route, and not receiving decent offers, we contacted Auction House for help, knowing little about auctions. we were helped and advised by Briony Grimshaw, who was very helpful, and kept us fully informed right upto auction day.We really should have gone down this route much earlier, and we ended up with a sale and at a price that we had not expexted.Well done AHWY

Auction House came to my rescue! My property had been previously advertised with a rival agent but after months they had failed to find me a buyer. Guy Leeder secured a purchaser within days with successful completion within weeks. There is no better endorsement.

Excellent service from Auction House

The service we received from Auction House was superb from the first meeting through to the sale of our house. Mark was extremely pleasant to deal with and Jenny was wonderful, providing compassionate support throughout the viewing and auction process, while also always putting our wishes first. We could not have received better support from Jenny and we were delighted to have her as our liaison and representative. I cannot praise Jenny and the Auction House highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.

This was a new experience for me - many thanks for being so helpful throughout the process.

This was a new experience for me and one with a particular context and so potentially quite a stressful experience. However, throughout I felt supported with some very clear guidance, featuring an excellent combination of professionalism and friendliness from all those with whom I dealt at auction house southwest. All of my questions were answered very promptly and clearly, meaning that I felt confident when bidding at the auction that I was as well informed as possible, both about the overall process and the details of the particular lot involved. Very many thanks.

I would encourage anyone looking to sell a house to consider using Auction House UK. After trying for a year to sell a house with a traditional estate agent and having numerous buyers pull out at the last minute and the whole process having to start again, we turned to Guy at the auction house to sell our late dad's house. I now live in New Zealand, my sister met with Guy at our late dad's house and the whole process from start to finish was exceptional. Auctions are a typical method of selling houses in New Zealand and I would reccomend them to all in the UK as a consideration alongside tradtional estate agents. We ended up accepting an offer prior to the auction date that was above the valuation of the traditional estate agents, with the certainty of a 10% deposit paid on signing and balance being paid in 28 days. Guy kept us in the loop throughout and we are very happy with the whole process. Many thanks again, Patrick

Sit back and watch your property sell.

Approaching retirement age, I decided to sell my properties in the north-east, as managing them was becoming more and more difficult for me.Not wanting to nurse possible purchasers through the sales process, and to be let down several weeks down the line, I was introduced to Auction House North East. I admit to being extremely apprehensive prior to meeting the team, however, one of the guys came out to my property to discuss the process and to put my mind at ease.Four weeks after the auction, I had cash in the bank and was amazed at the customer service. I would not hesitate in using this straight forward talking and very proactive company again.

A positive experience with Auction House Northeast

The team at Auction House Northeast have been fantastic. It is due to unfortunate circumstances that our family property was being sold. Having considered options of conventional selling, this firm came highly recommended by the estate agent that I had made contact with.Auction House Northeast have made the entire process as easy and streamlined as possible. They have kept me up to date with all the relevant information and assisted me in ensuring all the elements were in place ready for the property sale. The team were empathetic and understanding throughout. With particular recognition to Andy and Catherine who have been brilliant. Auction House Northeast are professional, friendly and enthusiastic. Their attitude also helped to make the process of selling a property at auction a positive one, despite the difficult circumstances surrounding the reasons for the sale. With many thanks to all at Auction House Northeast.
