After much debate, we decided to downsize and move from our happy family home after 22 years. We decided to return to Frimley Green where we first lived after getting married. We had no idea what we would get for our money so we went to talk to Hamiltons. Robbie Ridgway arranged for us to view 3 very different properties, without our house being on the market, to give us an idea of what we could get for our money. We walked into the first one and that was it. ���That was at the end of January and on the 15th May, this home became ours!!! From day one we received honest, sensible and what we can only describe as excellent service. At the beginning of our house being on the market we were told by many other larger estate agents that this independent estate agents would not sell our house! Apparently they do not have the same data base!!! This is absolute rubbish! They had two offers for our house, at the price they told us we would achieve within 3 weeks of being on the market. Robbie advised us which buyers to go with and why and he was spot on with that advise too. Although we had a lovely home, it does back onto the motorway, so we knew it would not be for everyone. The key here was to get the right buyers through the door which Hamiltons did. We were kept informed throughout the process and kept sane during it with expert advise and information. Near the end of the process, at the bottom of the chain there were a couple of hiccups which could have resulted in the collapse of the chain. We have no doubt that Robbie Ridgway saved the day, doing the work which should have been done by another agent. We can't thank them enough. So do not be bullied by other estate agents into thinking that a smaller agent can't sell your house!!! It's rubbish. Listen to the valuation you are given, ours was spot on! If you want to be kept informed throughout the process, at weekends and evenings too then we cannot recommend Hamiltons enough. Robbie, Mike and Caroline go that extra mile. Thank you so much.

Hamilton's estate agent and Rob in particular have been incredibly helpful , flexible , and accommodating in the process of buying my property. Excellent and very efficient service have already told all of my neighbours when they decide to sell they should use Hamilton's. Friendly professional and most of all extremely approachable. Went that extra mile to help me when my first sale fell through. Jumped straight back in and got me a second buyer within weeks. I had moments where I genuinely thought I couldn't go through with the process as I was selling as a single female. I received constant reassurance and quite honestly a shoulder to cry on when things got bad. A very personal service felt that my sale really mattered to them - not just a financial transaction. First person I will ring if I move again.

Having read the reviews I think we bought through a different Hamilton’s! It took 7 weeks to get our memos out, and then they were sent in the wrong names. The-issued to us with corrected names, but not to the solicitors so exchange docs in wrong names too.. I didn’t have a single proactive call from them, although Mel returned my calls when I called them. They are lovely people, but I wouldn’t not use them to sell a house. Some issues with the property details and state of the house we bought, I asked a couple of questions 2 weeks ago and Robbie still hasn’t called me back. It’s disappointing

Been waiting over 4 months for our central heating to be sorted out, also 2 months for our refrigerator to be replaced, still both on going, we’ve never been late paying our rent and keep our flat clean, the team at Hamilton have been useless and taken no responsibility after multiple phone calls and emails, in particular The owner and maintenance man.
