GoogleAndrews have now sold three houses for us. Each time they have been thoroughly professional from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble and they are always willing to help with any questions or problems you may have. On all three occasions they have been bang on the money. We managed to achieve the asking price or within there quotation. We certainly do recommend them. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have using Andrews to manage the letting of our residential property for 25+ years. As ever, we have been thoroughly satisfied with their performance. Tomasz seamlessly negotiated a slightly tricky tenancy changeover. He was totally professional, very patient, showed great knowledge and experience, and constantly cheerful! Shockingly bad. Andrews have recently taken over the Coop group contract to manage on behalf of the freeholder. It's hard to tell whether they are just grossly incompetent or attempting to defraud the leaseholders by issuing spurious invoices. Either way if I was a freeholder I'd avoid asking Andrews to manage my portfolio.
