Beth and Phillip have provided an excellent service for our house sale. We have an agreed sale within 3 weeks of listing. Unfortunately, through no fault of Andews or our buyers, it fell through in the last two weeks before completion. However, Beth really pulled out all the stops in re-listing our place within an hour, securing a viewing the following morning. We had another confirmed offered, for the full value, within 24 hours of our buying having to pull out. This absolutely saved our purchase. The developer we are buying from effectively pulled out purchase but, thanks solely to Beth and Andrews, the rescused the sitation for us and we're back on for a move to our next dream home! I really can thank or recommend them enough and would absolutely use their services again if needed. Also, a special shout out to Russell Clark, Andrews Mortgage & Protection Adviser too. Our usual mortgage advisor didn't give us entirely accurate advice and Russell gave us a second option which really helped us understand our options better and, also, provided a range or good offers at a later stage when we realised we wouldn't be sticking with our existing mortgage provider. Worth every penny of their moderate charge and we'll be a future customer of theirs when it comes to our remortgage, I've no doubt. I've never paid for a mortgage advisor in the past but I would definitely recommend considering it as he's also help secure purchase at a better rate than we were originally expecting.

I brought a ground floor flat in Warmley Bristol from Andrews estate agents . The staff lied to me about the property, because they had a customer from hell. I was told I don’t need a survey done. How wrong they were. The flat is covered in mould. Cracks on the outside wall, and so on. . I had to replace the bathroom and kitchen. They squeezed has much money out of me for the customer . I discovered after the sale, the vender did have the property up for sale 5 times with Andrews estate agents in longwell green Bristol. They were desperate to sale to get their commission. I am still furious from a year on wards. I will not be selling my flat with Andrews if I decide to move in the future.

The best estate agent by a mile

I've used Andrew's in the past and I've always found them a lot better than most other estate agents so they were my preferred choice and they did not disappoint me. Originally Dan came round to look at my property and he was friendly, informative, trustworthy and helpful. I knew straight away that I would be using Andrew's after our appointment. He made everything so easy. My house went on the market and was snapped up straight away, at a price I was more than happy with. Isabelle was great with communication and very helpful during the viewings and I never had to chase anyone for anything. I honestly felt like I was in such good hands that I didn't even give anything a second thought.After the property was let I dealt with Molly and Isobelle and they were both so lovely and amazing at their jobs. Andrews definitely knows how to employ brilliant staff and they are all a credit to the company. Andrews have been managing my property for around 30 years and I've been very satisfied with their service during that time. I had been messed around by a few agents in terms of them not sticking to agreed appointments, properties being in a much worse state than they appeared in photos online etc, so was not having the best experience with my property search. Ben Gordon-Smith however responded to my query the very same day, and offered to show me the property that same evening, as it was on his way home. I appreciated the flexibility and was really impressed with the property, so I made an offer that same night, and it was accepted the next day. Ben has been very helpful in terms of clearly outlining next steps, and when there were queries about my referencing, he provided sound advice to ensure any issues were rectified as soon as possible, and everything was sorted within 3 working days.Ben has kept me updated every step of the way, and answered any queries I may have. I used Andrews Winterbourne as my estate agent when moving house from Bristol (Winterbourne) to Somerset and have nothing but good things to say… The team (Stewart, Phillip, Beth, and Matthew) were fantastic. They sourced an array of viewings, regularly checked in, reported progress, and helped successfully sell my house for a price we were happy with. There were multiple problems along the way including many offers being too low, financial restrictions from buyers, and people pulling out of our chain, to name a few.
