I honestly cannot recommend HomeSmart Estates highly enough. They have been absolutely unbelievable from start to finish, and the service has genuinely been a dream. I often say to friends and family that one of the best things about my property investment wasn’t actually the property itself , it was having HomeSmart managing it for me. They have made the whole experience so smooth, easy and completely stress-free. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They are always fair, accommodating and genuinely happy to help wherever they can. It has made owning an investment property so much easier, particularly when you’re not always able to be there yourself. I have to give a special mention to Lisa, who has been incredible. On so many occasions she has personally gone to the property to check things, sort things out or make sure everything is as it should be, sometimes without me even needing to ask. That kind of initiative and genuine care is absolutely priceless and very rare to find. You really feel as though your property is in safe hands and that they care about it rather than simply “managing” it. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found them. If anyone is looking for a letting or managing agent they can genuinely trust, HomeSmart Estates would be my recommendation without hesitation. Andy was our estate agent/property manager for the last 4 years and was always friendly, professional and approachable. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and he consistently responded to emails promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. Andy was also very supportive during our transition out of our rental property whilst we moved on to buy our own home. Helping to ensure that the checkout process went smoothly. Andy at Home Smart has held our hand from initial enquiry about putting our house on the market to purchasing our next house. As fairly new to the house buying process (other than buying off a builder) I was nervous about the whole process. With Andy (and his colleagues) I need not to have been. When our house was valued by Andy he came and checked through our house and gave us a realistic number we could obtain. A yes man he is not, but you purchase expertise for a reason. Our house sold for less than the advertised amount, but Andy helped guide us through the whole process end to end and actually we look to make the same saving on our onward purchase that we lost out on at our own, giving a nil effect, thanks to his hand holding (even checking in on us whilst on holiday!!) and advice given on negotiating a purchase price. Genuinely interested in your progression and can’t do enough for you! Thanks Andy!
