TrustpilotFull of idiots
Rented a bungalow in January 2016...Nothing but problems from the get go. Issues with damp in the house constantly enquired about, builder even recommended certain repairs that were never done. Deposit protection certificate never provided. Speaking to several different people that completely fail to communicate! Absolutely ridiculous.

TrustpilotAvoid the Rawtenstall Branch at all costs
Avoid the Rawtenstall Branch like the plague. Both Sales and Lettings staff are incompetent liars. The stress and losses we have incurred are off the charts. Would be minus stars if that was an option.

Alison worked really hard to sell our house for us, she was great at communication and always upbeat and positive. Even better she got us the asking price! Great service, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Dear Jaqi, it was disappointing to have received your negative review today. I have checked over our systems and regrettably am unable to find any unanswered emails from our branch. If you would like to email me directly on stephen.dumbrell@reedsrains.co.uk or call me in the office on 01303-850200 I would be happy to assist with your enquiry. Customer service is paramount to us as you will see from our many positive reviews. Regards, Stephen Dumbrell (Franchise Director).

I can’t thank them enough at the St. Helens branch. Supportive when buying a property through them. Had problems with selling a property and the solicitors but received good advice from the St Helens team. From my mum and I a big thank you

Have been involved what what was a 30 week conveyancing marathon, but during that time I was impressed with the diligence and helpfulness of Reeds Raines, Wendy Tynan in particular. Nothing but praise from me.
