GoogleWe are cash buyers and despite going there in person from London, our details were not entered onto their system and we think a judgement was made on how we looked by Daryl, who never followed up with us. Once we had made further contact by phone some weeks later, Jamie did try and was helpful initially but Daryl, who was supposedly our main contact, never contacted us at all. Unfortunately, we found them to be generally more style over substance and we have very quickly had better experiences with other estate agents in Folkestone.

GoogleWe have used the services of Burnap + Abel many times over the years. We have always found the team to be very professional both when we have sold and purchased through them. Would only ever go to them if seeing a house in Folkestone or Dover. Best agent in the town.

A 1* review at 1:23am for something we know nothing about on a property we have just listed joint agency with another agent. No call? No email? No way of investigating etc. it would of been helpful for you to call the office or email us so we could of investigated first. We are reliant on people giving us the information. Which we will now investigate. well done to you! Absolutely ridiculous, I hope you are proud of yourself, giving 1* reviews for absolutely nothing and trying to bring down an independent business !!

Hi Dan, I find it very hard to work out how its our fault that the landlord of the property you rent, has paid and contacted a local locksmith firm, that has called you and left you voicemails to sort your lock, and you have not responded. Firstly, we took over the management of the property from another agent when you had a damaged lock. My colleague Jamie escalated the problem to the landlord, who has organised a firm to fix it and you hadnt responded. Secondly, we do not own the property or pay for repairs ourselves. Once again i have tried to contact you today and no response. Pretty poor grounds for a 1 star review!!!

GoogleThese guys sold our home 9 years ago. What can I say! They were attentive, kept us updated throughout and sold within a few days. They then went on to sell my son’s house and my mums house with great results. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

GoogleUnprofessional. Drove all the way from London for a viewing (they even send a confirmation email of time and location) When I arrive- no one is answering the doorbell, phone or emails. It’s now the evening and still no one has responded or reached out about why they stood me up lol. Insane & waste of time.

Their professionalism and integrity took the stress out of the process and their fee was very reasonable given the amount of work they undertook on my behalf. I've used a number of other local estate agents in the past but will now look to Burnap + Abel whenever I plan to buy or sell property in the future. I'd fully recommend them every time.
