Always difficult dealing with third parties not answering emails or phone calls but you got it sorted in the end. Your knowledge of the local property market and communication skills were first class,I wouldn't hesitate to use your services again. Good luck in the future.

GoogleNever received deposit back after property was damaged. They weren’t interested in any communication. No proof of checks was made at my property. Tenant was smoking daily even though it’s a smoke free property. Very poor service. Made a big mistake choosing this company to look after my property.

GoogleWhere do I even start… The easiest process ever, from start to finish!! Thanks to Louise for sorting us out super quick. Julie and Morgan we’re on it constantly to get it through safe and sound. Couldn’t recommend this company anymore whether it to be to a family member or someone online. GoogleAvoid at All Costs: Horrendous Service I have had an absolutely terrible experience dealing with Reid and Roberts Flint office, specifically with Mr. Al, Ms. LO, and Ms. JU I’m 100% dissatisfied with the service I received. I’ve been trying to get my security deposit back for over a month now after fulfilling all obligations on my end, yet the office has done nothing but play a ridiculous game of "pass the buck." LO told me to escalate the issue to JU, who works under her, making the situation completely nonsensical. None of them will answer phone calls, emails, or take any responsibility. They are clearly just stalling and wasting time. Their promises about resolving the issue, setting dates to release my deposit, and even giving a face-to-face assurance have all turned out to be empty. I feel like they are trying to rob me at this point. Unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe the behaviour I’ve encountered. Despite our numerous communications and agreed timelines, I have yet to receive the deposit: 1. They initially agreed to release the deposit by 2nd September 2024 2. Subsequently, confirmed the release by 10th September 2024 3. During our call on 11th September, Ms. LO assured me that the issue would be resolved by the afternoon 4. In a face-to-face meeting on 12th September, Ms. LO again confirmed that the matter would be resolved within 24 hours. I have then requested to share by DPS reference number so that i can discuss this with DPS Directly but no luck.... :( 5. A month has passed and am still waiting!!!!!!!!! :) DO NOT approach Reid and Roberts (Flint) if you value your time, money, and sanity. They’re not interested in helping, only in dragging things out with no resolution in sight. ******NOW they would provide an explanation that, as always, would perfectly make no-sense :) ******* DO NOT FIGHT FIRE, PREVENT WHEN POSSIBLE*******

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from Rachel and Julie @ Reid and Roberts Flint and I really can't thank them enough for looking after me and more importantly going above and beyond to help me with my house purchase! Super friendly, professional and competent - I can truly say that I didn't feel alone in facing the sometimes unexpected difficulties that can occur when purchasing a property. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely use their services again. Thank you very much indeed!

GoogleI can just confirm all the negative reviews above. Issues at my property have not been forwarded to me as a landlord for several month, so that my Tenants had contact me, as not done by Louise. If I would have known immediately I could have resolved the issues right away. Its an absolute disgrace. My phone calls are getting ignored. When you call up to talk to Louise Reid they will first tell you: Yes, one moment. And right after you been on hold they say: She is not in the office. Even though they are sitting right next to each other. No wonder the Letting side of this company has no google, as it would be full of negative reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

GoogleStay away from this company!!! They are a bloody nightmare to deal with! Never returning your calls,no reply to emails. Said they will improve their service 5 years ago and havent done anything! They dont tell the Landlords whats going on at their properies! ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!

GoogleStill waiting after over 4/5 months to become a “priority” when my bath is leaking due to poor fitting/plumbing. Black mold on the wall from it. Manager came out herself to look at it and said “unless the roof is falling” it is not a priority…. Wish I was joking. Had few issues since I been renting emailed, phoned, went in the office personally just wasting my time. Best advice “manager” could give was open windows to air the place out….. moved in to house with leaking roof, bath and hose tap outside but cracking window open should fix it. Overlooking more properties than they can handle with 1 self employed handy man

GoogleBrilliant experience with them, finding/buying my first lovely home after I gave up with other agents! They're genuine, friendly, down to earth, no fuss and patient. I was having a really horrid time searching in Chester, until I arranged a viewing with Julie in Flint, she set everything rolling for me and Megan saw it all through with absolutely no stress, despite unavoidable delays from the Land registry and mortgage brokers. Very grateful to them for everything! Thank you so much!

GoogleTerrible service. Stay away it doesnt matter if you are a landlord or tenant. The team has no idea what they are upto. Louis, Julie, Alex are all the same. They wont respond to your query no matter what. Stay away if you dont want get robbed. Watch out of fake 5 stars.

GoogleWe rent a property from them and the property is in need of repair, which is expected of an oldd house, however they are none responsive to anything I call them and their always busy and never call back email them and never respond back, ive been without a shower now since the 28th of june and apparently its not a priority as we have a bath even though water was coming through my kitchen light, I have no doubt that any of the issues have been reported to the landlord, Dave the maintenance guy is so good even came out to us on his day of as I was never given an emergency number, I would not recommend using them for sales or rentedNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolutely horrendous, ignorant company. If you are a tenant or a home owner looking to rent then STAY CLEAR. A shame because the landlord was lovely but Reid and Roberts refuse to give their details to us and let the house come to rack and ruin. This was multiple members of staff as well as the owner. Use at your own risk.
