GoogleHouses are lovely but its been years now and still no road surfacing! You pay hundreds of thousands for the house and the developers take their money and run.
The curbs are high, the holes in the surface we do have are shocking and itβs causing damage to cars, Its a mission to get on my own drive because the drop curb is 6 inches high. Its also ugly and brings the whole estate down (Doesnβt look good for the developer).
We pay a maintenance fee every month, I have no idea how the council let them get away with it. Shocking!
If something doesnβt get fixed soon I am going to make as much noise as I can to ensure anyone buying a Redrow Home anywhere in the country thinks twice. There is only one way these big companies take action, its when you hit them im the pocket!

GoogleCame to view and putchase in full the Avon 2 bedroom town house as i want to down size from my 3 bedroom detached house.
I was shocked to hear i cannot purchase the whole percentage if the house, as it is a shared ownership. I am very disappointed as really wanted to own thr Avon house for my future.

They answered all my questions straightaway and were really knowledgeable about the development and properties. The houses look great and well-built. I've been looking at several new developments from different builders recently and it's amazing how the quality of service and build differs. Top marks to Redrow and their staff π

GoogleExercise caution when reserving a home on this development. An ongoing issue with waste water and drainage on the site has meant much of the road and pavement is continuously dug out and poorly re-laid. Several residents have had issues with waste water. A complete lack of transparency from site team and Redrow management on the issue.
If you do decide to reserve a home, I urge you to quantify the amount of remaining work required upon completion, both internal and external, 7 months later and we do not have a surfaced and completed driveway.
