Welcome to Harris & Co Estate Agents We are Fleetwood’s longest established independent family-run award-winning estate agent, September’s eve in 1995. Since this date, we have adopted straight forward-thinking and focused on our clients giving you the best possible service we can deliver. Since opening the doors in 1995, we have worked to build a solid foundation on which we base our core values and principles. We have created close connections with businesses across the Fylde Coast providing our clients with the best possible resources. With over 100 years of combined experience and knowledge, we aim to give honest, open advice with the highest level of service. During the last 25 years, we have been presented several awards which show we always stand by our professionalism and maintain the highest standards. We have been awarded the GOLD WINNER of the British Property Awards multiple times. Also claiming GOLD in the regional property awards for Lancashire for customer service. We work closely with local councils to ensure we are supporting our community for those who need help the most. Here at Harris & Co, we understand that hard times can affect anyone, and we do all we can to help. Throughout the years we have invested in local sports teams and helped to support local charities. TrustpilotUnfortunately the freeholder of my flat…
Unfortunately the freeholder of my flat decided to give business to this firm. The lady who i was dealing with Roma was lovely, but after chasing for a reply for 2 months i got fed up waiting and called the firm only to get shouted at instead of an apology that her emails were not being responded to. They accused me of saying bad things about her as she was on maternity leave, which is NOT true at all. She was lovely compared to all the D**** i spoke to just now! Avoid dealing with as they are rude, arrogant and have a HUGE chip on their shoulders. All i requested was that the right thing for the firm to do, was to have put an 'out of office' reply on or have another colleague looking after her emails. NO BRAINER, but instead they shout at me and accuse ME of being rude, when I have waited over 2 months for a reply, and NOW they said have the audacity to say they'll never talk to me, and I need to go through my solitors.. AVOID, AVOID
