Welcome to Harris & Co Estate Agents We are Fleetwood’s longest established independent family-run award-winning estate agent, September’s eve in 1995. With over 100 years of combined experience and knowledge, we aim to give honest, open advice with the highest level of service. During the last 25 years, we have been presented several awards which show we always stand by our professionalism and maintain the highest standards. We have been awarded the GOLD WINNER of the British Property Awards multiple times. Also claiming GOLD in the regional property awards for Lancashire for customer service. We work closely with local councils to ensure we are supporting our community for those who need help the most. Here at Harris & Co, we understand that hard times can affect anyone, and we do all we can to help. Throughout the years we have invested in local sports teams and helped to support local charities. It has everything you need fridge cooker microwave etc. It also has a smart tv so you can log into your on tv apps. Would highly recommend. I will be back to stay again :)

In relation to parking, the property does benefit from two private parking bays directly outside, which are provided to guests free of charge. This is particularly useful given that much of the surrounding area is pay and display. We appreciate that parking spaces can sometimes feel a little tight depending on the size of the vehicle, and we will review this following your comments.
