Just an awful group to deal with. Tenants interests are not looked after. They are all about the money and what they can make at each and every opportunity. Romans do not care that tenants have lives, work and children to look after. Terrible communication standards. I have been nothing but a perfect tenant for over 5 years and feel betrayed. I will never use their services again - no matter how desperate. I am too scared to make an official complaint as I do not want my references affected.

Terrible, provided wildly different quotes for repairs, delayed work indefinitely. Lied to me on at least three occasions. When I called to complain fobbed me off. So disorganized that different agents gave me different stories on the same problem.

GoogleTo be honest, whilst I found the team at the fleet branch very helpful, they have been massively let down by their utterly useless and dangerously inept solicitors recommended to my buyer. Do not use their recommended solicitors Manor Hall law. They are without doubt the worst ever conveyancing company I have ever had the displeasure to know. They have created unnecessary delay and stress to what should be an easy chain. I am afraid to say that whilst Romans continue to use this company, I would never again use Romans. Massive shame because the team in the branch are great.

GoogleI found Dan Terry at Romans Fleet to be personable, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. I, as the buyer of a property was 'looked after' but he kept his client's interests at the forefront of every discussion and negotiation which I respected. If I was selling a property through Romans, I would expect the information about the house given to prospective purchasers to be of a higher standard, including photos ( neighbours can be seen on driveways etc) but this takes nothing away from our cheerful agent who put in the time to ensure a satisfactory conclusion was reached.

GoogleI have recently sold my property through Romans Estate agents in Fleet. The service was outstanding and they kept me up to date with everything through the entire process. I was updated with all feedback and I built a great relationship with all the members in the team, from the moment they came round to value the property until the completion day. Highly recommend using them. would not hesitate to use them again in the future if I needed to. Excellent Service from all! Thank you for all your help.

Please heed the advice from every other tenant that has left a review for Romans and avoid them at all costs. They are incredibly unprofessional and operate on the edges of legality. They haven’t a clue what they are doing, treat all tenants as if they are criminals, are aggressive, downright rude and if we never have to do business with them again it will be too soon. Please, you don’t need this stress in your life.
