Unfortunately, it sounds like you tried to reach us during the 10 days where we were forced to adapt our way of working. As one of our colleagues tested positive, all in the branch had to self-isolate. Whilst we worked hard to avoid any inconvenience, our apologies if this wasn't the case for your experience. As a result of our closure, we have a new system in place to remove this from happening, should any of us test positive again.
