GoogleAli was very kind in showing us around the property. Our situation wasn't as straightforward as it probably usually is coming from abroad and only staying for 3 months, but he was patient and adequately handled everything. The personal contact is a pro.

GoogleThe property was great with everything I needed. The neighborhood is calm with several shops in walking distance and easy and fast access to the city center by bus, sea wasn’t far by walk which was very pleasant. ZENLET is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or issues. Also, very flexible and kind, and honestly I consider myself very lucky. Thank you so much ZENLET!

FacebookMoved in, March day of lockdown! Although there’s still a lot to do on the house when we viewed Ali was honest on what needed done. When we have had things fixed or emailed, always got a response fast and worked with us to get things sorted as fast as possible.

Facebookyes....Ii was one year a tenant...when we had problems with the boiler was fixed in 2 days.Landlord was very helpful, even helped me to move in...some times things was done a little bit late but finally done.

FacebookAli from ZenLet was THE most helpful property agent a person could ask for, extremely professional and understanding in every possible way. He arranged a short-term stay for me last September when no other company could and made sure the property had everything I needed, truly outstanding (faster internet, a bigger fridge, you name it, he got it!). He solved any issue with the property the moment I would tell him, no questions asked and he respected all the agreements regarding rent and safety deposit. I can't think of a single negative thing about his service and I would gladly rent any property he is managing, with my eyes close.

FacebookI wouldn't ever use this letting agency. I had to clean the flat I rented when I moved in, which took me several hours. I didn't complain because the guy seemed helpful and stupidly I didn't want to make a fuss. Upon moving out I also cleaned; it was certainly cleaner than when I moved in, and they're pursuing me to take £100 from my deposit as a cleaning fee. It was during the Covid pandemic and I was only resident I. The flat for a total of about 3-4 weeks. I'm disgusted.

The moving in process was really easy and went quickly, I moved into my new property within 2 weeks. The maintenance team is very friendly and helpful. Having rented another property in the past, I'm pleasantly surprised by how quickly Ali and the maintenance team acts.

I especially appreciate Ali from Zenlet, who really helps me when I am out from dorm, and also the period is hard for just graduated students find a apartment. But I meet Zenlet, and now it’s in my feeling is my home in the UK. Hope Zenlet could achieve better next year! Happy Christmas month!

FacebookI had a great experience with ZenLet: the flat was super clean and included everything I needed, which avoided me any extra expenses. The landlord, Ali, was extremely helpful, and always responded to messages asap: I remember forgetting the keys to the flat once, and he came all the way to let me in. Really trustworthy and empathetic: I definitely recommend his services! 😊

We’ve always got help straight away, even during the strict lockdowns Zenlet tried everything they could! We were able to make our flat our own home and I’m so happy we were able to do so! Extremely understanding and genuine staff who have went out of their way to help make sure any issues we’ve had are dealt with very quickly. Exemplary and personable, just as all letting agents/landlords should be.
