GoogleChoosing to advertise with my local, experienced and knowledgeable estate agent, Myfanwy Ann Rowe, was my best option! Myfanwy acted sensitively when gathering the necessary particulars, enabling her to quickly market the Croft. She worked efficiently; handling all enquiries professionally and discreetly, leading one-to-one site visits and keeping me informed of developments. Selling a croft with house sites was a challenging task which Myfanwy handled successfully; resulting in completion of an outright sale. I’m happy to recommend advertising with Myfanwy of Amazing Results Estate Agents.
"Thank you Wilma; also for asking me to sell the croft and plots on your behalf. I'm pleased that the sale was successful for you." Myfanwy

She was a delight to work with and there was always excellent communication and advice from her. We would recommend Myfanwy Rowe and Amazing Results to anyone thinking of selling.
Dear Stuart and Carol, Thank you very much for entrusting me with the sale of your house. It was a pleasure to be able to assist you. Good wishes, Myfanwy

GoogleKevin did a fantastic job for us. We had been struggling to sell with a different company. He took time to explain things to us and gave us sensible, realistic advice. Our house sold very quickly - in the timescale he had anticipated and over our requested price. He kept us updated with everything, and was just generally great to deal with. I can't recommend him enough, and only wish we had instructed him sooner.
Hello Matt & Tracey Thank you for the kind words. Wishing you both all the best for the future. Kevin Jenkins

GoogleColin at Amazing results came highly recommended to me by my brother who had Colin sell his house and buy another. I got in touch with Colin with regard to selling my house - it was put on the market on the Monday, he had 3 x viewers lined up for the Friday, a verbal offer on the Saturday, written offer on the Sunday and he had the paperwork over to my Solicitor on the Monday! I've found him to be super efficient, very approachable and professional. He has been in the business for many years and his confidence, experience and knowledge is apparent from the offset. He kept me posted at each stage even during weekends! I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Colin - I just could not be more pleased that I chose him.

GoogleRobert supported, and guided me throughout the process. This was not an easy task, as I have brain fog due to long covid. However he accepted the challenge and worked exceptionally hard on my behalf to tastefully represent my property online as well as conducting viewings himself. The whole process was drama free. Property was sold within days, I am delighted with Robert and Amazing Results. I highly recommend putting your trust in this company.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleColin Jenkins of Amazing Results is the perfect Estate Agent. He gets to know your home, he supports you to get it ready for selling and he does the viewings. You are treated as an individual. My experience of other estate agents is they don't visit your home, it's a conveyor belt and impersonal. If you want the personal touch I highly recommend Amazing Results.
Many thanks for the excellent review Vicki. Much appreciated. Colin
