We decided we no longer wanted to use them as estate agents, was told over the phone we would receive a full refund. Then a week later emailed us to say they had changed their mind and we would get nothing!!Disgusting

GoogleAbsolutely terrible service. We were lied to when viewing the property on multiple occasions. Since being in the property we have had nothing but problems with them! Would not advise them to anyone! Steer clear!

William H Brown require landlords to give six months notice to terminate the management contract. Completely unacceptable. Not very good at replying to emails or returning calls.

Useless in every way. Poor communication, misinformation, false promises, antagonising and losing our potential buyers, dragging their feet with documentation. Absolutely nothing to recommend them whatsoever. Would give them 5 minus stars if it were possible
