The team are very professional and offer a more personalised and attentive service, with viewings performed by their main permanent staff. I recently moved into a rental property with Winkworth Farnham as the estate agent, I dealt with Jeannette on my viewings of the apartment and she was very professional, keen to show off the features of the apartment and very knowledgeable about the property and local area. Jeannette made sure any questions I had were answered and I was not pressured into moving forward with the application which made the decision easier for me personally. Myself and my husband are beyond happy with the service we received at Winkworth. Buying a new house and all the uncertainty that can come with it, can be such a stressful process. Would happily recommend Winkworths in Farnham. Great bunch of people, attentive and alway returned calls if they were unavailable, a rarity in my experience! Henry, Charlie and Jeannette are all very knowledgeable and helpful. From the initial marketing of the property with ideas on how to show the property to its best advantage, to undertaking the numerous viewings. They all also took the time to ensure they had in depth knowledge of the property prior to the viewings. Must just single out Jeannette for her support, and delivering sugar on moving day for the removal guys, that truly is going above and beyond!!!!! Once again thanks guys!

Of particular note was the assistance of 2 people. Henry provided the necessary oversight, experience and momentum to keep the sale on track, whilst always being available as a sensible sounding board. Winkworth have been hugely supportive to Wrecclesham Rangers, a local Girlguiding unit, who are fundraising for their India volunteering trip in 2022. Stephen and his team very kindly made a donation to the group fundraising pot. We are hugely grateful for their help and support. Stephen and his team also sold our house. The service was excellent and they kept in touch with us throughout the process. No question was too weird or quirky for them. The process of the sale went as smoothly as a house sale can. Hugely grateful as it took the pressure off knowing that it was in safe hands.

Up until last year I rented through Winkworth in Farnham and rather than treating us as valued customers, we were treated like an annoyance. Emails were frequently ignored and rather than resolving issues they told me to stop emailing them all together.

Winkworth Farnham were selling the house we ended up buying back in August 2020. From the outset Stephen was very helpful and transparent throughout the process. It was the height of the pandemic and suitable precautions were taken to make everyone feel safe. When it came to the negotiation stage and offers were being discussed, it was ultimately Stephen's helpful input with the sellers that secured our accepted offer on the house. At the next stage Jeanette was really proactive and helpful when it came to progressing our purchase. We managed to sell, buy and move in 3 months during the middle of a pandemic, which was incredible really. This was partly down Winkworth Farnham managing their slice of the process very well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Haven't sold a property with them but after this experience would probably go for it. However the house is so nice we're never moving again anyway!
