GoogleI have found Melissa to be a very intelligent, kind and supportive member of Warren Powell-Richards, especially whilst I was going through difficult times with my errant tenant in Alton - also she is very efficient at arranging contractors' jobs and tenant's availability. I will always remember her as an outstanding asset to have on my side - thank you Melissa! Jane Higgs

GoogleWPR and especially Steve were great all the way through our house purchase. It wasn't an easy property to represent and naturally we had many questions / challenges, all of which were accepted and answered very professionally and well. If I had a property to sell or buy, Steve would be at the top of the list to help me with that goal.

GoogleSteve Tebbutt was fantastic throughout the process of selling our house. He worked exceptionally hard at keeping us informed at each stage and his experience in supporting both our buyers and ourselves as sellers made the whole process so much more manageable. We were also supported by Stacey Allen who was also incredibly helpful. Thank you so much.
Thank you very much for picking us at WPR to act as your sales agent and for taking the time to post your kind review featuring Steve & Stacey. We are very grateful to you and wish you all the very best with your future plans. Regards, Tim B, Senior Partner, Warren Powell-Richards

GoogleI can highly recommend Steve, Matt and the team at WPR Farnham. We have just completed the sale and purchase of our family home and the service we have received has been second to none. Steve went out of his way to find us exactly the house we were looking for and ensured the process, from marketing our old home to buying our new home, was as smooth and stress free as possible. If you are looking for an estate agent in Farnham look no further.

GoogleSteve, Stacey and the team at Warren Powell RIchards were a pleasure to work with during the process of selling my parents house. Professional in approach, but easy to deal with, they actually achieved 3 house sales (as unfortunately 2 fell through for differing reasons), but they remained confident in their ability to bring a sale to completion. Communication was excellent throughout as was their general guidance and support. I have no hesitation in recommending WPR to anyone seeking an estate agent in Farnham.

GoogleHaving worked alongside Stacey and Steve at WPR for many years, I really cannot fault their service. They are brilliant and are always on hand to help clients and push through tough transactions. Their humour, willingness and friendly approach makes them different from other agents in the area and an absolute joy to work alongside. I could never say a bad word about them and would encourage anyone to use their services.
Hi Fiona, Thank you so much for the review! I hear the same about you too so here's to many many more years of working together! All the best Sebastien Managing Director

GoogleSteve Tebbutt, the branch manager, is very professional, efficient and very good at dealing wiht buyers. For several reasons, the process tooks 6 months from offer to completion. GoogleWe had such a fantastic experience with WPR Farnham, from start to finish the communication was excellent and Jon our lettings agent managed everything seamlessly. He was in constant contact throughout the process and was always available to answer any of our questions. This was definitely the smoothest journey I have ever had when renting a property. A big thank you to Jon, Estelle and the entire team at WPR for helping us find our new home.

GoogleCan highly recommend WPR Farnham. Our sale was handled brilliantly by Steve, I have to say the sale was predicted to be tricky but turned out way more complicated due to other issues but Steve was amazing and worked really hard to keep it all moving. From beginning to end we were kept informed and advised accordingly. I felt a genuine sense of trust. ThanksPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMany thanks to Claire & Estelle at WPR for your help in renting out my flat in Grayshott. The process was very thorough with great attention to detail. They took the time to understand exactly who would suit my property and then very quickly found the right tenants for me. The whole process from start to finish has gone very smoothly. I would definitely use WPR again in the future and would happily recommend to others.

GoogleAs an electrical company specialising in working with letting agents, we are in a privileged position working with lots of property managers daily. Melissa is by far one of the best ones we deal with. She is very professional and efficient and makes any jobs we are involved with go smoothly.

GoogleWPR were the estate agents for our recent first house purchase. Steve and Stacey were great - they made sure that things kept progressing nicely, advised us on how each step works, and kept us up to date through the whole process. Would recommend 😁 …

GoogleFirst time using WPR for a sale ,but have bought through Steve before and like his realistic and grounded approach .Knows the market well so we had a smooth transaction working well with local solicitors.A good team in the Farnham office and with a network of other local offices adds up to a very good Estate Agency practice

GoogleAbout to complete on a sale of a probate property with plenty of issues to deal with along the way. Dealt directly with Steve (the manager) for the most part. Both Steve and his team have been excellent. On top of being friendly and approachable, they have been great at doing the following: Arranged access multiple times (above and beyond the call of duty most likely). They also organised repair works for the current owner, advised us on contractors, kept us informed (there was a lot to be informed about!) and generally provided us with as much info as they could. Highly recommended.

GoogleEveryone we have met here are an absolute delight! Jon was especially outstanding as he went above and beyond to keep in contact, answer any and all questions with no delay. Estelle was also very on the ball with sending us the documentation we needed as well as assisting with any of our requests or questions. A phenomenal team and agency that have made moving into our first place the best experience we could have hoped for - they even gave us a welcome pack with some treats inside!

GoogleFrom the moment we contacted WPR in Farnham we had a fantastic and successful experience finding and securing a property to lease. Jon contacted us back very quickly and was incredibly helpful and efficient all the way through the process. Estelle joined in at the appropriate time and provided the same great support. They made the whole process simple to understand, and we had a relaxing and happy experience, whereas finding a place to rent can otherwise be a bit stressful and difficult. We definitely highly recommend WPR Farnham. Just contact them and see for yourself.
Hi Shaun, Thank you so much for your review. Glad you found the dream team that is Jon and Estelle so helpful. Not sure what we would do without them! All the best Sebastien Managing Director
