I cannot fault Simon Jordan at the Guildford Office who provided excellent advice all the way and was even prepared to help us with guidance on the private sale, going well above and beyond our expectations. We were repeatedly promised things by the agent but as soon as we moved in (after first stressing us someone else was interested in the property) he pretended like what he has said never happened. Check the inventory report thuroughly as well as they had left things out. They use all the games in the book and make sure you get everything you are discussing in writing!

We have been letting our property through Hamptons in Stratford Upon Avon for 19 months. We recently had new tenant and the change over was only 4 days. We needed essential works completed before new tenant arrived. We was on holiday and Olivia (Lettings Negotiator) was amazing supplying and coordinating contractors to complete the works within 48 hrs! Amazing service.
