Hamptons have been in charge of renting our property in Taplow for the past 3 years. In general the service has been good particularly from Judy in the Maidenhead office. However she has sometimes been let down by the performance of Hamptons accounts department who have not always measured up when using their third party payment service.

We have rented through Hamptons many times over the years whilst in between selling and buying our next property. They have always been very professional. We are renting now and Jocelyn, our property manager, has always been proactive, helpful and friendly. She keeps us informed when things need sorting out.

GoogleInstead of blaming “uncertainty over Brexit” like other agents, Hamptons had a clear marketing strategy and set a realistic target price. Within two weeks, our house was sold after nearly two years on the market. The team at Hamptons is professional, helpful, transparent about process, and apply constant pressure to get a property sold or bought. It is a first-class service from beginning to end.

The absolute worst housing management and agency. Over the years we (the tenants) have been spoken to with disrespect and when requested any improvements/issues, responses took weeks. Utterly incompetent.

TrustpilotAs a long term landlord......
Hamptons have managed our home for 5 years. They handle all the issues, large and small. What I particularly like is that when they make a mistake, they will acknowledge it and work hard to resolve it. They are also very flexible in their approach. That's how to build a long-term relationship. We are all human, but these are decent, reasonable people.

GoogleRecently purchased my house through Hamptons. Overall had a really positive experience, and all credit to Brad. We had a lot of issues selling our last house but Brad did a great job to remain positive throughout and prevent the chain from collapsing. Will highly recommend and I’ll look to use them to sell my house when the time comes!

I have today completed on a property with Hamptons Stanmore. Hannah and Syed at their offices have been outstanding from the first viewing to completion. Nothing was too small or big for them to deal with, their communications were outstanding as well their their professional attitude and approach. I would definitely recommend Hamptons to anyone who wants great professional service.

Can’t fault the service from the team at Stratford on Avon office during our sale. They invested time at the start to get to know our house, which was somewhat individual, did a great job to pre qualify potential buyers and nothing was too much trouble during the completion process. We’re very grateful to Paul, Jacob and Owen.

Cannot get hold of them, they wont return e mails or calls.....will go elsewhere to purchase a new home !! poor sellers must think no one is interested in their homes

They helped negotiate a less than straight forward purchase and I really appreciated the effort they put in to ensure the deal went through smoothly and quickly.
