What an amazing team Andrew Lodge Estate Agents are. From day one of putting my property with Andrew Lodge for sale, headed up by managing director Grant Walters, the service and helpfulness was impeccable. Throughout the marketing and sales phase, team Andrew Lodge were so very helpful and informative every step of the way. We are trying to purchase a house and out of all of the Farnham estate agents, Andrew Lodge have been the least proactive. They have our details and specifications on file yet have never contacted us when a new property comes on the market. Most estate agents email or phone us when properties come on the market - not Andrew Lodge. If you’re looking for a new home, searching websites every day is not fun. Assistance would be much appreciated! One time we viewed a property with them and were not even notified when it went under offer the next day - we only found out when we looked online as we were considering putting in an offer! I wouldn’t recommend them unless they start addressing these issues.

Absolutely first class service from Andrew Lodge in Farnham throughout my sale process. They know the business back to front and are real professionals. Sam Ridgers dealt with every aspect speedily and was always easy to contact and returned calls and emails without delay. Viewings (45 in all) were handled in a most professional way and every member of staff was so courteous and helpful. What a pleasure it has been from start to finish, and how gracefully have Andrew Lodge handled every aspect of the (potentially stressful) business of selling my Dad's house for him while he was still living in it. They listened to us. They listened patiently to Dad, even when he was saying things for the fourth time. Everyone we dealt with impressed us, largely because of the warm and human way they handled the whole thing.. Grant explained exactly what they were planning to do to achieve a sale to the kind of purchaser we wanted, and went way beyond the call of duty in looking after Dad, too. James executed the plan with aplomb, always making sure that viewings were conducted with minimum impact upon Dad, and then following up afterwards to keep us in the loop about what was going on. In the office, Sam fielded questions and kept us updated in the most polite and gentle way as the process unfolded, his cheerful humour a welcome counterbalance to the dry business of solicitors and surveys and house-clearance. Emma left no email unanswered for more than the shortest time, and the lovely lady who handles Saturday viewings charmed us, too. We said we wanted a quick sale, and - thanks to Andrew Lodge - were able to sell, exchange and complete at the agreed asking-price in less than two months. In short, Andrew Lodge are - right now, in Autumn 2022 - absolutely at the top of their game. I truly cannot fault them, and would recommend them to my family and closest friends.

The service we received from Andrew Lodge in selling our home of 36 years was simply great. Right from first valuation to completion the whole team worked exceedingly hard to achieve the best result they could for us. Our sale took several months but throughout the whole process we received friendly and helpful advice and support from both Grant and Sam. Sam in particular was on the phone with updates and feedback on such a regular basis that it felt like he was part of the family. We were very impressed with the quality of viewers. We had chosen to do the viewings ourselves rather than wandering aimlessly outside (because of Covid) and we met some delightful people as a result.
