We had a challenging time buying a house in Farnham after selling our house in London with one purchase falling through as the vendors changed their minds re selling and then a very protracted purchase due to the vendors' complex chain. However Sam at Andrew Lodge really went the extra mile to make sure that the purchase was eventually successful and he demonstrated great service, empathy and communication. What an incredible team at Andrew Lodge - they have truly gone above and beyond at every single step in the process - especially Clare and Kathleen, who have held my hand throughout! Selling the property of a deceased relative is never going to be easy, yet they took so much of the stress away, were never pushy in any way at all, and have been particularly supportive when we had problems with the property. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and even though I never want to sell a house ever again - if I did have to, I'd want to use Andrew Lodge!

Highly recommended - Andrew Lodge conducted all the viewings of our unoccupied property without us needing to be there, which was a huge help and convenience, and reassuring to know it was being dealt with professionally. I was delighted with the very professional service Andrew Lodge provided in the sale of my property. Sam was an excellent first point of contact, very easy to deal with and always willing to deal promptly with any issue I had. It is also very apparent that he is a part of a great team. I was impressed with their marketing and their diligence in ensuring that all members of the team were properly informed about the property when undertaking viewings. I was kept informed at all times about viewings and offers and I never had to chase them up about anything throughout the whole process. Sam was particularly impressive in dealing with matters after an offer had been agreed which I think is a true sign of a very good estate agent. All in all it was as good an experience as I could have hoped for and I would certainly recommend them.

I used Andrew Lodge to sell my Mother's house. They were professional from start to finish and did an excellent job on marketing the property. Their initial valuation was spot on, and within days of marketing the property, we had 7 offers to choose from. As this was an estate sale, Sam, who mainly dealt, was excellent in managing buyers expectations as we considered offers as a family. In regards to the sale, Sam was very professional and provided impartial advice when reviewing the offers on the property. Due to a family bereavement, I needed help with clearing and selling a property in Farnham. As I was unfamiliar with area, Andrew Lodge Estate Agents were recommended to me and proved to be an excellent choice making the process so much easier than I expected.
