I couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Frank. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed plenty of guidance, and Frank was patient, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. His communication was outstanding - he was always on the ball, kept me updated every step of the way, and was always available to answer the phone whenever I needed him. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What really stood out was how helpful he was in making sure I was fully prepared for moving into my new home. He took the time to ask the previous homeowners questions on my behalf, so I knew how everything in the property worked before moving in. It made such a difference and gave me peace of mind. The best compliment I can give Frank at TeKoop is he is very different to most other estate agents! He is friendly, endlessly patient, professional and honest. Our house sold very quickly with Frank, but our house buying process took a long time, and we dealt with many other estate agents. During that time there were multiple occasions when other estate agents treated me differently as a woman (one told me to ‘ask my dad’!) - with Frank I never felt he was talking to me differently than he would my partner. Highly recommend Frank and TeKoop!

Cannot recommend Te Koop Estate Agents enough. I had moved back to England at the end of last year and was finding it hard to find a property to rent for myself and my son. I must of spoken to most other agents locally before finding Te Koop so I can honestly say they are by far the best to deal with in every way. Frank was so knowlegable and helpful that I was through referencing and into the property unbelievably quickly. He has been so easy to deal with and has made what was a difficult to navigate process with other agents absolutely seemless and easy to understand in every way.

We have been very impressed with Tekoop, especially after using other agents in the area. Used Te Koop, and specifically Frank, to sell my elderly aunt’s property following her death. From the initial probate valuation Frank was professional and kind - without any hard sell. This prompted us to use him for the sale. An open day was successfully arranged and we felt well informed in regards to our options with purchasers. When solicitors slowed the process down unnecessarily it was Frank that managed to keep things progressing. He was readily available on the phone to answer any queries and kept us regularly updated. As we weren’t local to the property Frank dealt with all surveyors and visits required by the purchasers etc on our behalf. As a first time buyer in the Fleet area, I had tried a bunch of the usual “big name” agents who for the most part were pretty disappointing. I then found a probate property being sold by TE KOOP. Frank and his team were amazing! ⭐ 5-Star Review for TeKoop Estate Agent ⭐ I had never heard of TeKoop Estate Agent before, until I found the property we were interested in. We booked a viewing in May and honestly didn’t think we would be chosen, as there were around 13 people viewing the property! My family and I met David, who was incredibly kind and patient in answering all our questions. He gave us all the information we needed to confidently make an offer. When our offer was accepted, I mainly spoke with Frank, who was also amazing and very helpful whenever I called. Both David and Frank supported us throughout the entire process, right up until moving day. Frank even managed to squeeze us into his busy schedule for a final look at the property before completion. From my first call to the office after they were recommended to me to completion it has been smooth sailing. We were always kept informed about how the process was going and Frank was always happy to answer any of our questions. Frank came across really well on our first meeting and explained the process really well and we gladly signed up In the past we had had dealings with other agents in the area but Frank was second to none. The photos and drone work that were done were amazing and we were thrilled with the brochure’s end result. We had an open day the following week and had several offers on the day. Outstanding performance by Frank Cooper of T Koop in selling our property in Farnborough as a major part of a deceased estate. The initial bid for the work was accompanied by some really focused and helpful market data and a clear strategy for an effective sale. The presentation of the property was first class and produced very quickly, enabling an open day which produced over 30 interested parties, followed by 8 offers which were all researched thoroughly before presentation to us for a final decision as to which should be accepted. A small downward chain was involved and things seemed to be proceeding satisfactorily until the down chain buyer pulled out. This happened twice. Frank was very active with our buyers and, eventually, was appointed to sell their property in Basingstoke. Again, T Koop swung into action and, within 5 days had marketed the property through an open day - 2 days later there was an acceptable (to our buyers) offer from a first time buyer with a firm mortgage offer and a large deposit, wanting to complete the purchase within 2 months. We were delighted that this timescale was met and our chain completed successfully. Throughout this process Frank Cooper kept us informed and involved at all crucial times, providing helpful and knowledgeable advice and support. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service and help we received and cannot speak too highly of T Koop and Frank.

Frank at TeKoop was extremely helpful from the get go. He is savvy and has a great talent in working with clients. He supported me during the entire transaction process of finding a good property, putting the offer right up until the end of the sale. Even where the solicitors were not responding, he personally supported where he could to progress the transaction from his side. He was responsive and even went above and beyond to support me with advise and guidance during the full process.
