TrustpilotElliot @ Prospect has been a great help…
Elliot @ Prospect has been a great help with assisiting us moving to our new apartment during the middle of lockdown 2.0. As we cannot easily travel to view the apartment he has patiently answered all our questions and provided as much detail about the property as possible.

TrustpilotGreat experience
Great experience - Ross and Ryan (Reading and Winnersh branches) were brilliant. House sold very quickly and found a house through them. They really helped us get over the line - really appreciate their help in the last few hours over will we /won't we exchange :-).

TrustpilotAlways great service!
I have used Prospect for some years now and find their service top notch. My main contact over the years has been Carla, who really cares about her work, and always goes the extra yard to get any problems solved in an efficient, timely, and drama free way!

TrustpilotAwfully disappointed with my service…
Awfully disappointed with my service from Prospect Reading - communication was poor, after 6 months didn’t result in a successful sale - unprofessional use of wording / language about people in the chain. Strongly wouldn’t recommend this firm.

TrustpilotTeam Warfield are 5 star!
Those guys at Warfield have made selling up and moving after thirty-five years a problem free and purposeful experience. Despite the hiatus of the pandemic drawing out the process for nine months, Paul, Matt, and Beth have been pleasant, helpful, and very supportive throughout. Thank you very much.

TrustpilotFantastic service all round
On my very first call to Prospect they promised they would find us the house we wanted and they did. They have been professional, communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. Paul really pushed the last part through to make it happen smoothly.

Been using prospect since ~2007 to manage my flat rental. I’ve had no hesitation in continuing to use them each year. Recent customer service from Sasha Byrne and her colleagues has been excellent - responsive and professional.

TrustpilotDon't sell your house with them
Just tried to view a bungalow with the above agent but been refuse as they want us to put our house on the market first! I understand they don't want time waster. If I sell my house I would like as many viewing as possible. Bad service.

Virgina in after sales has been the most helpful person in this process, always keeping all parties well informed, is personable, friendly and beyond helpful. Couldn't recommend her and the entire Prospect team more.

TrustpilotHappy customer.
I've been with prospects for over 5 years and can't fault them. Beckie handles all issues quickly and professionally keeping both tenants and landlords happy. I wouldn't be anywhere else.
