GoogleValuation booked for Saturday. They ask me to move it to today Wednesday, call me in the morning the person is sick, and they do not have anyone else that can do it. There seems to be only 2 people out getting new business. Incredibly frustrating when I've waited in for this. Seems to be their lack of business acumen is now my problem and i have to re arrange hoping that the person actually turns up. lack of staff Doesn't bode well for when someone would try and arrange a viewing for my property
We are very sorry that Harriet was unwell , this happens very infrequently , we have 3 qualified people that can value and list property from Faringdon but the other two had full diaries that couldn't be moved which we looked at. If this was for a viewing and to show the house it would have been likely we would have availability from a colleague to support as we are not short staffed and have a significant team. We have never ' not turned up ' and made contact as early as possible to advise the situation and that we had no choice but to try and rebook , not wanting to send someone that wasn't suitable. GoogleMichelle and her whole team went above and beyond in order for me to move into my home on a particular date. Michelle liaised with all three (or was it four) solicitors involved and checked in everyday. I missed her went she went on holiday! We exchanged and completed on the same day. Friday at about 5pm! The whole team are polite professional and extremely kind during a time which can be stressful. As a single woman (who doesn’t know what I’m doing in relation to buying a house) they were so supportive. I highly recommend. Thankyou Michelle and your team xx

GoogleEmployed Perry Bishop as sales agents for our home, and were very impressed with the whole team in the Faringdon office. Initial marketing advice was excellent (factored in relevant comparables and market conditions etc), and persevered with a tricky transaction to a successful conclusion! Joined up approach between the deal makers and the support team who monitor the sales chasing. Would heartily recommend and very nice people to deal with too!!!

Always there to give highly professional advice tailored to our situation, no query too trivial to reply to, very kind and helped us see exactly what the next step was. We lived a days travel away and they looked after things on the ground for us when we couldn’t be there. Both sales and after sales care excellent. Lovely people!

GoogleHorrible experience with agent from Perry Bishop. Was looking to move from London and had a few viewings with Kirsty Bayliss. She took one look at me and didn’t greet me, Was not warm and welcoming at all. Kirsty did not speak much and when going to next viewing she told me I should meet her there. She took off and I was left with little to no signal in the area could not use google maps. New to the area, I had to ask passers by for help. Called their office several times even though connection kept cutting off. Lady in the office was friendly and was keen to help me. Shame it wasn’t her showing me properties instead. Completely put me off Faringdon and I would not recommend Perry Bishop at all.

This is clearly not the experience that we want our potential buyers to have, and we will use your feedback in our upcoming training sessions for our viewings team.
