Good morning Dev Ainty and many thanks for your review, reviews good or bad are essential in my opinion to give a prospect client a balanced view on the business that they may employ. As you are not registered on our database i am grateful that you have been able to obtain our transparent fee structure from a third party source. You are correct our fees that are clearly shown on all of our adverts and other documents are £365.00 for the referencing of two adults and we do charge a one of fee of £150 for the administration of a check in and check out of a property. Whilst you search various agents fee structures you will see that many are not as transparent as ourselves when it comes to advertising charges to tenants. It is a shame that you have decided not to use our company, it would i feel been beneficial to have spoken to you personally about the lettings service that we provide to our tenant clients. Our tenants benefit for example from a 24 hours manned emergency service for when our office is closed, this includes periods such as Christmas day, our tenants also benefit from our highly experienced ARLA regulated staff members who are always on hand offering an approachable service from the start of a tenancy through to the end. It would appear that you are mistaken with your comment regarding our team not getting back to you and we would request that you review and amend your comments.
