Jade from the Gosport office was really helpful when we moved in. We had problems with our gas meter and spoke to Hayley who was extremely helpful and made sure it was sorted quickly for us and made sure we weren’t left without gas.

TrustpilotHouse sale done and dusted - thanks Andy and team
Beal's made selling our house a fairly reasonable and clear process - we were recommended them by our mortgage broker so didn't go out of our way to compare/contrast. They sold the property, then buyer pulled out, but they acted quickly to secure a new buyer and helped negotiate as fast a completion as possible.

TrustpilotGreat Service
I renovate properties to sell on. Jack is constantly on the phone to me informing me off new properties and properties that haven’t even come to the market yet. I am registered with several agents in Southampton and no one contacts me as much as him. Great service and knowledge.

Kirsty and Shelby have worked tirelessly to find student tenants for me. Not an easy task, since term had already started.I am delighted that, within a few weeks, they were able to find me four good tenants.I can highly recommend Beal's Southsea office and the staff who work there.

Absolutely brilliant service from our agent Jess at Beals in Gosport. It was an easy process from start to finish and was patient when waiting for a response from my old landlord. My partner and I especially liked the little gift box of house goodies we received when signing the contracts.
