Lucy is so hard working, she listens carefully to your requirements and works tirelessly to achieve your dreams. If this lady trained every one in this business it would change estate sales for the better.

I would recommend Beals not only because they are competitively priced compared to other agents but because they are professional, courteous and Katie in particular did a great job at keeping in contact throughout and pushing things along when required. I would certainly use them again.

We were stuck abroad due to Covid travelling restrictions and we were waiting seven months to get back home. Jade helped us throughout this very stressful time organising cleaners, decorators and many deliveries into our flat. Jade even helped us with food deliveries so we could walk into our flat to self isolate for 10 days. We couldn’t have managed without her help. Jade and Beals have been absolutely wonderful.

I was, up until the end of August, a tenant of Beals (Parkgate) at an address in Fallow Crescent, Hedge End. I had only been at the property a matter of days before I started to become harassed by my male neighbour. His behaviour was aggressive, intimidating and plain nasty. I reported my neighbour to the police and they arrested him on suspicion of harassment. He was kept overnight in custody. I provided Beals with a detailed account of my neighbours behaviour as well as the email correspondence between myself and the police and I asked whether my contract could be terminated early, because I was afraid for my safety. I was advised that I could end my contract early, however I would have to pay a penalty fee of £300 to allow Beals to re-list the property. Unfortunately, I had no other choice but to pay the fee. This inevitably left me behind in my overdraft. The following day, I noticed that the property had been re-listed on rightmove and I was flabbergasted to see that the rent had increased by £50 per month. It feels as though Beals and the owners have benefited financially from my plight, which has left me with severe anxiety. Moving out of the property was an absolute necessity for my safety and security and I am now emotionally and financially disadvantaged as a direct result of being a tenant at their property.
