Just thought I’d put a comment on here to say how disappointed I am in the service, I’ve not heard from my contact for a while now after him saying he would call me. Cameron has not been too helpful and when I did manage to get him on the phone I felt very rushed like I was bothering him. Maybe it’s because I am not going for the most expensive house I don’t know but not very happy at all. Also calling me Ben instead of Benjamin at times without permission as I hate that was not the best feeling too.

When you initially contacted our office, you specifically asked to deal with Cameron who spent considerable time discussing your property requirements with you in detail and subsequently sent you properties that matched your search criteria, as well as arranging a viewing and an appointment with our Mortgage Services team. Following your cancellation of those appointments, Cameron also made subsequent attempts to contact you to continue assisting with your property search without success. We therefore feel it's important to provide this context, although we are sorry that your experience has nevertheless left you feeling dissatisfied. We would genuinely welcome the opportunity to understand where you feel we fell short and discuss this with you directly. Please do contact the branch and ask to speak with the Branch Partner personally so that we can understand your concerns and hopefully resolve them.

I would highly recommend this company, especially if Fin is your main point of contact he works in the Worthing office. I was in a very difficult situation with my tenant who refused to leave my property, even after I had given the required two months’ contractual notice. Fin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire negotiation process and worked professionally with both parties to ensure the matter was resolved as smoothly and quickly as possible. I fully understood the tenants’ situation, and Fin handled everything in a fair, respectful, and professional manner while also making sure I was able to regain possession of my property without unnecessary delays.

Friendly and professional agents who made viewings simple with no pressure (shout out to Lucy in the Goring branch who went back out of hours to help us retrieve our kid's lost phone from one of the houses!). When it came to purchasing they were swift and communicated well. After the offer was accepted having Jane in the dedicated Sales Progression team after meant that everything moved as quickly as possible with queries dealt with efficiently and sympathetically. Highly recommended.

I don’t have a lot of dealings with my letting agents, however recently I emailed Chelsea for some correspondence to be sent to me. I had no idea what I actually needed, thankfully I landed on my feet! Chelsea clearly knows her job well and sent me everything I needed in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. GoogleUpdate 27th August 2024 - Back to one star, again a letting sign has been left to rot at the same property for weeks on end. What is wrong with collecting your signs up. It's very stupid making the estate look like a tip as property prices drop and guess what - so does your commission on sales. Original Review: Wrote an online email to Beals Park Gate to come and remove a "To Let" sign left behind a dustbin over the road from where I live in Badgers Copse. That was at least 4 weeks ago and it's still there making the place look a mess. Something like this which is so simple to rectify - i.e. phone the guy that puts up the signs to collect it would be the obvious thing to do. But no - they ignored a system email and made a local never likely to use them ever. No doubt this will make them do something - the sign is on the right hand side of Badgers Copse when you enter from Telford Way - not the last house but the one before. Update: 29th Sept 2023. The sign has been removed after all this time so I've amended the 1 star to 3. Respectfully suggest that you remove signs within sensible time and not leave them laying around - 2 weeks after sale or letting would be sensible!

The company as a whole is highly recommended with great communication and regular updates for landlords.
