Jessica from the Fareham office has been exemplary in making what can be a complicated and long winded process - becoming a new tenant - as efficiently as possible. She has answered the questions we had and sent through the relevant paperwork promptly, so much so that in under a week we have gone from viewing the property to paying the first month's rent. This has taken a lot of pressure off.

Bought our amazing new home in Feb 2021 through Beals Park Gate. Emma Bedford could not have been more helpful in progressing not just our purchase, but keeping the whole chain together in very demanding Covid times! Emma is efficient, proactive, professional and made sure we were kept up to date at every stage through to completion. THANK YOU! We cannot thank Lucy enough for the hassle free sale of our house. Beals we’re great through and through and would most certainly use them again, all because of Lucy. Her knowledge and experience, along with her fabulous personality made selling our family home stress free. At the time, what we were buying fell through so she helped us with renting somewhere to see the sale go through. I was also very emotional about selling the home and she couldn’t do enough for us. We wouldn’t have any qualms buying or selling in the future if it can be handled from start to finish by Lucy.

Lucy restored my faith in Estate agents! Having had some pretty bad experiences with estate agents previously I was not looking forward to selling my house during an already stressful time in my life however thanks to Lucy the whole sale was handled perfectly. She was knowledgeable, understanding and went above and beyond for me to make sure I was happy and looked after at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend her and beals and cannot thank her enough.

Darren was absolutely amazing, it was our first time doing both transactions, selling and buying. With the lack of property out there meant deciding to put ours on the market was nerve racking but Darren assured us it would put us in the best position possible and that Beals would help every step of the way, they took care of the whole process.Darren made us feel comfortable, but his charming, fun whitty personality also made the transition so much fun, now who’s ever said that.
