Katie did a truly exceptional job of progressing what should have been a simple straightforward sale , being a cash sale, no chain or mortgage on either side however it dragged on for 4 months!Without Katie’s help and support I think I would have been under heavy sedation by now! She kept up a constant pressure on slow moving solicitors, always polite but always precise and to the point.She is a great asset to her employer, but even more importantly she is invaluable to their clients.

Be very careful renting through Beal's. My husband and I moved I to a property managed by Beal's. When we got there the only 1 of the keys worked. With our furniture in the van we needed to open the back door. We did not have a key for the back door neither did the agents. Thankfully they called out a locksmith to let us in. The lock on the door could not be replaced due to the mechanism within the door being broken and in need of replacement. So, we are left with a property we cannot lock. Rendering our Insurance invalid. I have had to stay home, not going to work amd am losing money every day.It is nearly 1 week since we moved in and STILL nothing has been done. Emails go unanswered and the manager has not called me back as promised. Reading other reviews on here I feel absolutely cheated because the service we have received has been absolutely terrible.

I’ve rented through Beals for 8 years now and have always had exemplary service. I therefore decided to ask them to value my Dad’s house for sale.Lucy Watt came out to appraise the house and talk through everything.I ultimately decided to go with Lucy over the others that came for valuation as she was very knowledgeable about the market and the area and understood what I needed.She gave me knowledgeable and informed options with my criteria in mind.The main reason I went with Lucy though, was her enthusiasm. It is so good to give credit where it's due instead of leaving poor reviews because it's the only way to get a reaction from a poor performing company. I can not fault Beal's right from the start. My point of contact was Jack. Unlike many estate agents I have had the misfortune to have dealt with in the past, he actually listens to what the customer wants. His advice was sound and I have to be honest, made me look at something from an angle I would not have thought of. I think many other estate agents could do with a few more Jacks and perhaps the industry may be in a better place . Thank you so much for your professionalism and help.
