Just had a really lovely experience talking to one of your staff, Sophie. Although she was covering for someone else and in a different role, she was very knowledgeable and did everything to resolve my issue. She was very efficient and pleasant. Thank you again Sophie.

TrustpilotLauren at Fareham
The house was put on the market in difficult circumstances but the situation was approached with compassion and kindness. Although we have a private buyer, she has kept in touch and I would have no reservations in going to Beals if it falls through.

TrustpilotDissapointing
We phoned Beales twice to view a property and were told they would get back to us with a suitable time, they never returned our call, we saw on rightmove it was sold. Disappointing service, I wouldn't use them to sell our house

TrustpilotGreat Experience
Made putting our property on the market seamless and generated plenty of interest quickly as we had a tight turn around. Oliver Sourmenidis in particular really took the time to get to know the property and went above and beyond to get extra viewings.

TrustpilotExcellent service
I've let my apartment with Beal's for 5 years now. I've always been very happy with their service and good communication. No problems at all except for a little hiccup in September with slow/lack of communication but feel sure they are back to their usual excellent service now.
