GoogleBad company, bad people! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone as let us rent a property that had severe mould issues of which they where fully aware. Yet didn't pre-warn us or sort out the issue considering we where paying £600 a month for a property that was cold, damp and mouldy as well as health destroying. Not much to say , saw a house put in offer and pretty much never heard from them again , neither did the owner of the house we where buying , so I contacted them direct to find out things about the house and they knew nothing of my Queries and myself and the owners of the house we where buying pushed along on our own .

Dealt with Beals in eastleigh. At all times i have found them professional and courteous although a sale fell through they were right on it and within 4 days i had another buyer. the photographs taken were excellent and felt it was well advertised. i had one or two problems which they helped me with. i would reccomend them totally as they will hold your hand at every stage of the sale.

AVOIDNot only took ridiculous amount of money, but couldn't be asked to do anything around the building, even after several complaints. We needed front door fixing, shower fixing, leaking sink fixing etc. Many phone calls and visits in the branch only resulted in redirecting us and ignoring the problems.Obviously making problems with the deposit release, even though the flat was left in a perfect condition.Simply thieves, really. They don't even deserve one star.
