GoogleWe’ve used Beal’s over many years to arrange rentals and management of our property. The staff have always been responsive, courteous and prompt with their help and have never failed to find a suitable tenant even when timescales were tight. When any problems have cropped up, they’ve acted quickly and professionally to resolve the issue in our absence and have communicated efficiently and effectively.

I had five valuation on my property they all came out with the same price and fee, but one stood out from the rest james at havant branch with his excellent knowledge of the area and being a agent for such a long time we felt this is person that we want to sale through. Currently selling a property using Beal's as the sole agency. Still in the early stage of the sale and Maddie and Saskia have been great. Very professional and helpful, dealing with over 20 viewings in 2 days. Perhaps the most important thing is the way I have been kept up to date with developments as they are happening. Still some way to go before completion but very impressed so far.
